Moondrop.com ??? Whats going on?

Has anyone else ordered ejuice or parts from this website recently? Ive placed an order 3 days ago (8/24) and have had no confirmation regarding the status of my package. Ive tried contacting them, but all I got was a ...... off person answering the phone, and no return emails. Has anybody else had trouble placing orders like this with this company?

Thanks. Ill give it some time, but ill call my credit card company and have them cancel my order. At least moondrop gave their other customers some kind of apology. All I got was some random number for a ...... off person in NY. If this person I contacted is in fact "Paul Poole", then he aint gonna last long with his attitude and crappy customer service. Their email also doesnt work. Ive gotten a verification email that I have made a purchase, but nothing other than that. Ive tried emailing them at their shop support, but also nothing. I hope others dont have to experience crappy service and "scams" like this one.

^^^ Thats where I ordered from. It matches up with the description of some past posts of how great their products were.

I called someone in NY assuming that someone would be on the phone considering that they have no "business hours" listed on their site. I got a ...... off 'hello'? I asked if this was the moondrop electronic cigarette company and he hung up halfway through. So I waited and called again. Same person but even more ...... this time, complaining that its 3 in the morning. I got to the point and asked if my order has shipped yet, and he answered "thats why youre calling me at 3 in the morning?" I asked "so this isnt moondrop then" He said "well, apparently not, seeing that you called my house at 3 in the morning". So I said "then you should contact this website because they have your home phone number listed as a contact". He replies "Oh, I should contact them??!?!?" So I just said whatever and hung up.

Good liquids or not, there are just some places not worth the bother of doing business with. This sounds like one of them.

Note: Regarding your credit card, how it works is the charge goes into dispute - it's doesn't get reversed or canceled by your CC automatically since you did actually place the order. Your CC sends the complaint to moonpants and they typically get 30 days to respond to the dispute. (Betting in this case there will be no response.) No response? Then the charge gets reversed. While it's in dispute you don't have to pay it and it doesn't accrue interest. If moonpants tries to claim they shipped it they have to show proof of shipping and receipt of delivery. And again - moonpants probably isn't gonna go there either.

Belt & suspenders: If you have an e-mail addy send moonpants notice you have canceled the order and then call your CC company and tell them you did that via e-mail. Save the e-mail. Cite reason for CC dispute as failure to ship, order canceled by customer. You will be golden.

I've known him for a few years... and I can't imagine why that would happen... nicest guy and he's typically very responsive and easy to deal with.
Expect some feedback asap...

I do hope I get some feedback. I was looking forward to trying their products based on peoples reviews, but sadly nothing.

I have had similar issues...sans the phone call bizarroness which i haven;t had to deal with.

8/20: Order placed. Received an "order received" email as well as an "Invoice" email

8/21-8/25: nothing

8/26: Attempted to login to the account I created with order, cannot do so. Used website's "forgot password" function and it emailed me a blank username and a password that was a giant website url. Weird

8/26: Attempted to contact Moondrop via their "Contact" link. Received confirmation email that included a "case number"

8/26-present: no response of any kind

EDIT 8/30 - left Moondrop a voicemail with y name, invoice #, and cell phone number at phone number from their website

It does not appear that my credit card has been charged.

Update: I emailed the email address posted on their website, support@moondropshop.com and it bounced back

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

support@moondropshop.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: Domain name not found

I am afraid to call the number on the website!!!

UPDATE: I left a voicemail at Moondrop (yes, the outgoing message said "Thank you for calling Moondrop) last Friday, 8/30 and still have not heard back. So...
