Sorry guys, but this sounds like someone who just isn't vested enough in his business to deal with. You are either running a business, or you aren't. Sounds like someone who can't make up their mind.

As far as ECF protocol goes, this thread is going beyond what is usually allowed for negative comments about a supplier in the general forum. It would be better if you put up a Negative review in order that the supplier can respond. (Not that Moondrop replied to the last one...)

I don't know if Moondrop is registered here. That's generally why (at least sometimes) ECF admin will let this kinda thing go on a bit--if the supplier is not on ECF, a negative review will get buried and the supplier wouldn't even be able to respond. Plus, this isn't so much a negative/bash-fest as much as it is people trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

I feel bad as Moondrop was always straight-up (no pun intended) with me. But, hey, whatever. I side with customers.

I am clearly not the guy who knows ECF protocol and I be honest what I do know of it...well...best intentions but...

Besides, there are a number of vendors, a few well respected ones, that I we NEVER do business with again. I don't want to take bread out if their mouth though except as a last resort or if they are really unethical.

Personally I don't want this moved to Negative Reviews because I don't want a negative review unless deserved. Maybe the guy has something going on,something legit and bad, and so I don't want to pile on about something trivial. Of course, after a couple weeks and multiple unreturned email and voicemail messages that line is about crossed...which means we are flirting with having an ethical obligation to make the community aware.

Personally, I am hoping this gets ironed out. Plus, damnit, I really really really was looking forward to trying Old Toby.

It's somewhat of an anomaly... I mean, not typical and I hope the OP gets compensated... I wouldn't hesitate ordering... because myself and my friends have never had a problem... but heh... I get it - I won't order from a few awesome vendors because I have been the unusual screwed up transaction beore

Has anyone else ordered ejuice or parts from this website recently? Ive placed an order 3 days ago (8/24) and have had no confirmation regarding the status of my package. Ive tried contacting them, but all I got was a ...... off person answering the phone, and no return emails. Has anybody else had trouble placing orders like this with this company?

I often don't get any update on processing for 6-9 days at many of the juice vendors, TPR for instance. But they tell you that beforehand at least.

8/20: Order placed. Received an "order received" email as well as an "Invoice" email

8/21-8/25: nothing

8/26: Attempted to login to the account I created with order, cannot do so. Used website's "forgot password" function and it emailed me a blank username and a password that was a giant website url. Weird

8/26: Attempted to contact Moondrop via their "Contact" link. Received confirmation email that included a "case number"

8/26-present: no response of any kind

8/30 - left Moondrop a voicemail with my name, invoice #, and cell phone number at phone number from their website

8/30-9/9 and beyond... - zilch

OK, bizarre update!

Complete website redesign. All new images (even for each individual product), layout, et al. Among the more interesting/amusing additions is the home page declaration of "same Day Shipping on orders placed before 1 PM EST"

Meanwhile I have had no response to emails and voicemail.

What the holy schinkees is going on???

email them once more, when online websites are being worked on sometimes email can get sent to the bermuda triangle...never to be seen again. i would email twice more and call once. If no response i would inform them that i'm calling the credit card company and filing a complaint. i'd give them 36 to 48 hours to respond. wait i just saw your credit card was not charged. theres your answer, prob when they were modifying the website

8/30-9/9 - no response of any kind

9/10 - saw completely redesigned website was launched. Sent message through website on the contact page. Also emailed the support address provided on the website contact page, but that email bounced back a "failed permanently." I also left them another voicemail.

That would be correct. Negative reviews go in the Negative Review forum (make sure you read the stickies and use the form). Closing this one as it's gone WAY beyond what it originally started out as.
