I'm not coming here to hate, or knock on bloog's product, so don't take this the wrong. I just contacted customers service about yet another PCC broken. The video Leaford posted of how to fix it, well was irrelevent, as when the pin popped, it broke the plastic right off. I was not using any extreme force to unscrew the battery, just a simple unscrew, and poof, another broken pcc, that still functions, but the connector is just dangling there, with two pieces of snapped off plastic next to it. I have asked customer's service to send me a new one, and I'm getting to the point where I'm sick of returning things to prove their broken. I mean, it's a known cause, I'm not looking for any handouts, It's simply frustration. I mean yeah every so often getting a carto that is dead, that's not a big deal, but something that costs thirty dollars to replace and lasts less than 3 months, that's a bit out of hand. Am I wrong? I didn't misuse you, and I am simply venting my frustration, so please don't take this at all the wrong way. I just want to make sure this is seen, and that it is resolved as I have had problems with CS in the past, and know they have since improved.

I understand that, but when there is a known problem, I mean, it could be resolved. The first gen mini-pcc, was nice, until out of nowhere the little sliders stop sliding, or a little piece of plastic snaps. I understand, its cost efficient to mass produce a design like this. I respect that. I was a little more heated last night about it than I am today, I understand these things happen, but if you spent the time designing something, that wouldn't break, and was over all an awesome concept (hopefully the new mini-pcc), you could charge more for it, and people would get there moneys worth. That's just where I stand with this, after breaking 3 of them in the course of about a year, it's just a little frustrating. I'm working hard to come off analogs, still not doing the best, but trying, and I gotta deal with my stuff breaking, and the headache of that alone is enough to make ya light one up lol. Sorry for the long rant guys, you make a great product, the Customer's Service was very quick to get back to me, and I'm happy to say that, because I was right here all along, when CC wasn't the best, we were waiting months for things, and so forth.
