This past Saturday I passed my week day for quitting. Some people may think one week is no big deal. For me it is monumental. Even my wife is shocked that I have accomplished this. She keeps asking if I am okay and how I am doing. Now those are great questions but I am fine.

I have not wanted a real smoke since I started vaping. I sit in the same room with her when she smokes and we have been in our car and she smokes. Being around a smoker is not a big deal. I love my Stingray with the nautilus. I think this is the best way to quit!

What is next? I have decided that at the one month mark I am going to get a new MOD and a RBA that will allow me to be a Cloud Chaser. I figure one month of being smoke free is a good time to really kick in and start this as a hobby.

Will I cut back on the Nic levels? Probably not. Will I quit vaping? No. Am I healthier now compared to when I smoked? Oh hell yes. You will not believe the damage 33 years of smoking can do.

I am glad to be part of this community and will enjoy my stay here.

Bloody good work. I remember quite well (only a week ago) looking at the day and realising I had gone a whole week. The Nemesis got me off the smokes, glad to see the Stingray is doing it for you. And don't wait the month, get an RDA, it's absolutely awesome. When I get a bad craving, I start building a coil, by the time I'm done I'm only vaping for the fun of it.
Good work!

Congratulations!!

Since you're still new and using mech mods already.
I just wanted to add in, when you venture into the RBA world. Make sure you read up on battery safety and use good batteries.
And all the fuzz about ohms law. :)
Buy an ohm meter + digital multimeter aswell to check batteries and your builds. :)
(Especially since you wanted to cloud chase, you'll have some major reading/education you'll have to go through)

Welcome to the club! :)

Let me just say as a former smoker and a former addict of other substances. One week. The first week. Is the hardest. And it's phenomenal. Withdrawal occurs most harshly during the first week as your body tries to relearn life without the chemicals and begins to flush the remaining from your system. So my friend stand tall and proud :) you have done amazing
