Been vaping a week on ego-T, I like it. Using 36mg. in morning. Problem is that when I first wake up I have a maniacal urge to smoke an analog, maybe 2. I don't leave the e-cig assembled and juiced up overnight because I figured it might mess up the e-cig. Maybe if I do leave it juiced up overnight it won't hurt it? During the time I crawl out of the rack and put the egoT together I smoke like H*ll.

Suggestions, thoughts? Thanks.

The hardest analog to give up for me was the morning one. I went for several weeks only having the morning analog and vaping the rest of the time. One morning I decided not to have it until I drove to work. By then I was happy vaping and did not want an analog. Now I leave my Riva assembled and ready to vape overnight. I get up, get some coffee and the Riva and I'm happy.

One important thing, IMHO, is not to stress out if you have the urge for an analog. The stress made my cravings worse. I told myself that it's not about how many analog I smoke, but how many I avoided.

Good luck.

Mornings were the hardest for me also. I kept 2 eGo's ready to go with 36mg in a couple of LR Boge cartomizers. Once I went to high voltage vaping, my cravings were gone. If they ego-t isn't cutting it in the mornings, I highly recommend a Riva Indulgence V3 from elitevaporworks. Even if you don't use it all the time, it will help to kick those morning cravings. Run it at 6V with either a Boge 3.0ohm carto or a dual coil carto. If that doesn't do it for you, then I don't know what will unless we can figure out how to build an atty that is powered by a car battery for you.

Edit: You could even get an inexpensive 5V box mod for in the mornings. Use with a dual coil cartomizer. It'll kick ya in the britches to getcha goin'!

One important thing, IMHO, is not to stress out if you have the urge for an analog.

Consider trying a trade ( for lack of a better description ), make it a point to wake up say 15 minutes earlier than normal and do some energizing exercises like yoga or something. It may be hard at first, and as the saying goes; everybody is different and everybody is different.

I took me about 4 days of doing a yoga routine in the morning ( many, many, many moons ago ) before the desire to smoke in the morning was gone, didn't start having a craving until lunch time.

Another thing that may help, is ban smoking in your house, having kids is a good deterrent for smoking inside. Just some other advice, but it sounds like your question about leaving your tank system loaded was answered, whichever way you choose, good luck!

...giving up the morning funkies was the hardest for me(and many others) especially the half-a-pack I would smoke with my morning coffee...I use cartos and take my PV to bed with me(don't really use it there) and have it in hand when I get up...I vape like a research monkey the first half hour I am awake and finally got past the morning urge...a little determination and will power here, can make a big difference..............

Same here. Previously, the moment i roll off my bed, even b4 i wash up, first thing was to light up. Then i'll wash up and take a dump n during which, 2nd light up. Then i'll have my breakfast and after breakfast, its coffee and newspaper and 3rd light up. Head to busstop 4th light up and while waiting for public bus, 5th light up. so basically that was my routine. If i have to take a longer time to clear my bowels, that'll be 2 sticks right in there.
So one morning i easily go thru 6 sticks max.

Now, its roll off bed, grab pv, vape n vape n vape Rofl!~

Get cartomizers and leave one set up overnight.

It drove me nuts to assemble and fight with an ecig in the morning. One morning it took 45 minutes to get my first good drag out of an atomizer. Now I use cartomizers, I have a spare battery for every model I use and a couple of those spares get set up late-night when all of my day stuff goes on the chargers. I vape the spares until bedtime and at some point top off the cartos with liquid. Then I just leave then laying on their sides with the cartos then I get up in the morning, pick it up and drag and it just works.

For Ego get some Boge 2 ohm cartomizers and learn to use them. if nothing else, cartos are a great backup if all of your atomizers go belly up.

OK, I'm gonna have the ego primed with 36mg. and assembled next to my rack in the AM, since it looks like from what y'all say it won't mess up my rig. Thanks for the replies, helpful. I'm looking into the Boge's, probably will get some this weekend.

.... seals, .... seals? Extra flavor? Can't find a vendor:):). Oh well, such a learning curve! Great to see people here not only have good info but also a sense of humor.

Thanks.

Amen to that, it is especially hard for me as my wife is still smoking analogs. Good thing is she will go most of the morning before lighting up. If she lit up first thing I think I would go out of my mind. I still nab one of hers now and then when no one is looking. I only have a single analog style, still learning model numbers, so I jump out of bed and throw it together ASAP and drain half a carto as fast as possible. I plan on upgrading after the first of the year.
