mosfets? for 3.7v mods w/tactile switch

Will you carry these? or is one of your control pin regulators able to provide this functionality for me.

I am building a 14500 torch mod and need to use a small tactile switch in it and I dont want it to burn out.

Hi Jason, if this one fits it will work for you as a mosfet down to about 2 volts.. The other style that I had which was a bit smaller has been discountinued by On Semi..

LDO 5 volt, 3.0 amp regulator with control pin!

this is the only one you have in stock. is this the one you are referring.

If so can I cut off the metal top (if it is metal) of it where the screw hole is or will this destroy it?

Hi Jason, the top is plastic coated metal and unfortunately can't be cut off.. Or should say, hasn't been cut off successfully yet..
