Yes the 213 and also the IPV6x both have issues with temp mode, I was interested in both till I had a chance to test them, nice form factor though.

I'd recommend DNA if the budget allows. The Lost Vape Therion is the only dual battery DNA I can think of at the moment. It has the DNA 75, has beeen out a while so shouldn't be hard to find. LV has alaso recently released the Therion with the DNA 133 and that one is a harder to find right now but should start to see it at more places soon.

There's also several models that use triple 18650s like the Lost Vape Triade or the Reuleaux which both use the DNA 200 if you're interested in those.

If you don't have the budget for the DNA I've had the Smok Alien for a few days and it seems to be very well built, uses 2 18650s and performs well in temp mode.

For DNA and available now there are two devices that support dual batteries in serial for 133w (actually 3 now that I think about it (4 if you count its 166 brother that I think is shipping).

1. The most popular is the VT133. It's small, well built, a good daily driver.
2. The Efusion Duo, like other LV devices, its very stylish (anodized aluminum with replaceable side stickers), it comes with a Lipio but it also comes with a dual 18650 sled which will limit from 200w with the lipo to 133w. You do have to change the configuration in escribe.
3. Boxer 133 or Boxer 166. 3 printed mod, people who have it love it. Not my cup of tea.

Vt133 is $100 on VapeNW.
If it breaks, you'll have to rma with evolv.
My black one is a beast. I use it for my staples and stuff. I've had it down to 0.05ohm.
I'm not sure what the amperage limit is but I've had it spit out 35a so far.
My next build will be lower. I'll see what it can do.

However my wife's worked for less than 24 hours. Evolv should have sent it back...they said they're contacting thr shipping department as of today.
They are supposed to notify you when it's fixed and shipped. They just closed my ticket...3 days later with no update I finally got curious and opened the ticket.

As for the VTC4, I know where to get them.

What do you mean in terms of better? If you mean capacity, the HG2 and VTC6 are as good as it gets. If you mean amperage, I think the VTCs are still on top but you need to check out mooch's bench tests for a more conclusive answer as I really don't know.

Assuming a cutoff voltage of 3.2, the DNA133 can push about 23 amps per battery (the board might have an internal limit of 25 amps, I can't remember).
