Most times just unflavored, but some times..

I do prefer not adding any flavors to my eliq., mainly because I'm just lazy and it's always been easier for me to not add steps that don't necessarily need to be added. I mean, I already have to measure out three 'ingredients' to get to the 'unflavored' point, and that's good enough for me. Most of the time..

I have recently created a 'flavor rack' of Blackberry Mojito, 7Leaves Ultimate, Oak Wood, and Connecticut Shade. I purchased these flavors from Bull City.

My 'flavor experiments' usually live in a 10ml bottle and I am sorta excited to experiment with the latter three tobacco flavors. The Blackberry Mojito gets singularly united with the 'unflavored base'.

I've already been thru three tanks of BBM and base. I use a 1% flavor ratio there. I have a 1/2 ml of CT Shade and a ml of Oak Wood mixed with about 15 mls of my base. The past week or so has been a pleasant flavor voyage, but I haven't written any letters home about it yet. I often wish putting thoughts down on something was as easy as having them..

Same here. For years after starting to vape I bought flavor after flavor to mix up and try. A couple of years in I had tried most every flavor I thought might be good. I always had some unflavored juice around that I used for testing with new flavors. As time passed I started vaping unflavored and would occasionally put a few drops of flavor in my unflavored mix. It was then that I realized it was the nic I was after and not so much the flavors.

I still have a tackle box full of flavor bottles that are still good after sitting at room temp for years.

The unflavored is about 90% VG. It's a little sweet from the VG, and is OK by itself.
Ya I imagine that would be a bit on the sweet side. I mix my base liq to be about in the 70/30 or 80/20 range (PG/VG). I also mix to a 25 mg/ml nic level. I'll either vape that or that w/ some flavor added, which will bring the nic level down a bit, but not enough that I want to vape more.

I have about 10 mls left of DIY eliq that contains somewhat unknown amounts of CT Shade, Oak Wood, and 7Leaves flavors. These 3 play well together, or I like the way they play together. Towards the end of next month, when Brunhilde is thirsty and the filler bottle needs to be re-filled, I plan on taking better care of any notes..

Well I've gone ahead and made the mix, although with a few changes. The 4 ingredients are still the same, except I used 1 ml each of the 3 flavors. My 5ml Brunhilde is nearly full, so I won't be trying this mix until sometime next week. Steepin' time I guess..

Well, it tastes different than just the unflavored base I been vapin.. Certainly tasty though. I was somewhat shocked or surprised or something after I calculated the amounts to percentages and discovered that the flavors made up 10% of the juice. Looking at different numbers, notably costs, I felt better realizing that it would cost about .40 cents to 'fill my tank' and that the cigarettes I used to smoke cost about .40 cents each..
