I wear a full face helmet when i ride and was wondering if anyone has made a mod that allows them to vape (safely ;)) while riding.

My current idea is an auto battery clipped into my helmet (clips for fish tube from aquarium store glued into helmet) with tubing (also from fish store) and an elbow with a tip on the end. WOW, I just realized how hooked i actually am. LOL. Now i just have to figure out a way to make if safer for my face. I.e. If i crash i don't want to have to explain why there is an ecig stuck in my eyeball.

Have you come up with something better or have any ideas? Id love to hear them.

lol, my boyfriend rides a motorcycle and always has a cigarette hanging from mouth. He uses half helmets. I am going to get him a starter set as he has shown some interest in vaping. He is pretty handy and adaptable so I will ask him for any thoughts.Love that you are so handy and came up with the aquarium tubing. He told me years ago he had a freind but his wrist accidentally as a child and his mom grabbed aquarium tubing and used it to connect the vien. Did such a good job that ER doctor just left it there. Dont know how long that would last.

Tubing, small battery powered fan, and duct tape.

Duct tape your mod of choice in a position that allow you to easily hit the fire button while riding. Connect tube to tank on mod then run tube to the fan. Duct tape fan in place and duct tape around fan to seal it up. Run tubing into helmet and duct tape the end into a position that you can easily grab with your mouth. Feel free to duct tape a drip tip to the end of the tubing.

While riding turn fan on, then use thumb to fire your PV as needed.

TA DA!

how would you keep from blinding yourself with a cloud that builds up in the visor area?

full helmets are a big hinderance.

Hmmmmm...Good point.

I generally ride with the shield up but when its down you pose an excellent point. I dunno. Ill have to do some tests in my garage. God i hope the neighbors dont see. lol

This looks promising. I wanted to watch the video but it said its not available in my country. YouTubes weird.

Yeah. That is strange. It must be the background music or something since it looks like it's a copyright take down from EMI Records.

The gooseneck is a flexible extension. They come in three lengths. And, you can screw two or more of them together. 5 1/4 inch is the longest one, so you might need to use a 5 1/4" and maybe a 3" to get the right distance.

I think I'll just pull off the road and vape if I feel the need.....lol
I'm with you. I'm not that hard up for vapeing. Takes enough focus on a motorcycle to see the minivan about to pull out in front of you, or the animal about to jump out in front of you, or the car about to cut you off, or the car that slams on their brakes right in front of you. Vapeing while riding...you're just asking for trouble. Just my two cents...

We've had a few threads about this and most people opt for the idea of the fishtank tubing. I like the idea of a 5v box attached by velcro on the side of my fullface. It'd look like an intercom box. Then tubing from there under chinbar. Altho the gooseneck sounds great for this if someone would post a link.

Madvapes has a cheap plastic 5v-VV box.

Now, I ride a big bore cruiser and can keep it in 3rd from 20mph to 75mph, so I have my clutch hand free often to push the fire button on the box.
