Part of the reason that there's still a percentage of PG is because the flavorings are PG based. I don't think any of the big flavor vendors use VG.

I've noticed this from buying concentrated flavours from vendors. A lot of times the ingredients will just say PG, Flavourings. For the sake of argument, putting them at 100% PG, and their concentrate ratio at 20%, if one of these vendors sells 100%VG it's really 80/20?
