Has anybody tried to DIY Sticky Buns from scratch?

Their unflavored E juice they sell if I buy 16 OZ of it @ 50/50 (which is what I smoke) can I just buy the flavors (flavoring @ 15ML).
Mix them into a 30ML bottle? So let's say 20ML of base and 10ML of flavoring?
Concentrated nicotine is a little difficult to get my hands on here in Canada.

That would be 33% flavoring, more than double what I'd suggest using.
17ml base + 3ml flavor would be 15% and should be good for 50/50
Flavoring is carried in PG so your result will be 57.5/42.5 PG/VG

In that case if 15% of flavoring is perfect for 50/50 ratio then for a 30ml bottle it would be :
25.5 ML of base (50/50 PG/VG @ 18 MG)
4.5 ML of flavoring?

So after having yet another package seized by customs coming into Canada I am planning on ordering the 30ML bottles with 0% nicotine and add the Nicotine myself.
Roughly if I wanted to achieve 6,12 and 18 how many drops of Nicotine would I be adding. Assuming it was 50MG concentration?
