I have a nephew who is halfway to being my niece. She is a really smart young lady (though a bit on the wild side).

I remember my great grandmother went to the same church her entire life. One year, on Mother's Day, she didn't go. I thought maybe she was sick. I asked her if she wanted me to take her in case they did something special. She said, "Every year, they give out roses to the youngest mother, the oldest mother, the newest mother, and the mother with the most children." I said, "Grandma! Why miss that?" Her reply still makes me laugh. "I'M TIRED OF BEING THE OLDEST MOTHER!!!"

Yeah. It is kind of hard on her, living in Central Illinois. She's got a great job doing computer work for a fairly big company. They let her be herself, which is cool.
