Went shopping today at 2 of my fave places...
First stop... Trader Joe's. What started out as a place that bought out bulk lots of wine, now is a chain that has their own food product labels/brands, too!! Still a great place to buy wine, imported beer, cheese and healthier foods...

Next, it was off to Sprouts... a discount grocery/health food store chain... with the best prices on produce around!!

Tried very hard to get mama bird in the pic - just couldn't manage it...must have taken at least 10 pics trying to capture it! I'm not that good with a camera phone.. Hopefully you will get the idea...
Here's mama bird flying around in circles on my front porch - she is protecting her babies in the nest - just like I would protect my MOV!! She kept me from leaving the house today for about 10 min!!

Were from the country and we like it that way, cooking and MOV a instant country classic!
This is why i vape, for my nieces and nephews, this was at our sunday mexican potluck. They are litterally 2 weeks apart from each other in age.
