I've been an ecig convert for about 6 months.
When I first started I used my ecigs like I did a cig, puff puff puff and come back later. I have always smoked by inhaling the smoke into my mouth, then my lungs.
I had never in my life tried a lung inhale, ie inhaling straight into my lungs.
Reading some posts, some people seemed to equate a lung inhalation with better vapour production. So about 5 minutes ago I figured what the heck, and took a deep inhilation straight to my lungs.
I've just about recovered. Felt like I was smoking my first cig, lots of coughing and spluttering, and a definate head rush! Oh and lots more vapour!
However I am curious as it felt somehow more "unhealthy". Now I realise that compared to tobacco, thats a ludicrous statement, but I am wondering if there is any basis to whether one method is more healthy than the other, and whether people using any particular method suffer more side effects than the other....
As I said, just curious....
