I love the way the Fluxomizer vapes but I'm not crazy about the rubber mouthpiece and plugs that come with it. A regular drip tip will not fit due to the thickness of the clear tube's walls. Does anyone know of an alternative that's made of Delrin or other hard material?

You're sure a regular drip tip won't fit? The two drip tips I have fit fluxos just fine. Yes, the walls are thicker, but they are also wider overall than an average carto, so I believe the inside diameter would be pretty much the same.
A regular drip tip will fit a Fluxo. They're just a little tight at first. Put a drop or two of juice around the base, it will lubricate it and make it a little easier.
The tips that I've got feel like they MIGHT be able to be forced in but no telling if I'd ever get it out again. I'll give it a shot. Thanks.
The tube will loosen up after you remove the tip a few times to fill. A trick I do on a new Fluxo is this. After removing the middle ring and cup seal, which I don't use anyway, I take the tube off the base, and flip it end for end. Then push the other end back on the base. The end that was previously installed on the base, from the supplier, is slightly flared out. By using that end for the drip tip, the drip tip will go in easier.
