How is a winner chosen for this game, I'm confused

AND, are we each only supposed to post one entry for the game?

Each person - post 1 Entry (Only One Per Person as per the ) in order - quoting what type of word from the list . . .

Then once all the words are entered the "MadLib" is completed and posted for everyone to read . . .

After that "TopNotch" puts all the Entries into a Random Drawing and 1 "PERSON" is selected as the "Winner" . . .

Couldn't be any easier . . .
