Welcome back Ms. T!! This is a good lesson for all of us to buy reserves for a "rainy day". ;) Very glad you are safe and secure and now back with us.
To Granny and Light....it wouldn't matter to us if it took a month to from order to arrival....we would all still be here supporting Ms. T wholeheartedly. Just wait till your first order then you'll be right here along with us. :) I was like you less than a month and a half ago...since then I've placed 5 orders and tried over 2/3rds of Ms. T's flavors (I'm working my way through the menu an order at a time...). LOL Addicted? Yes. But I'm not complaining.. It's worth every penny and every second you wait for her extra drop of love in every bottle. :)

What can I say? I'm an impatient newbie..kinda like a kid at Christmas. CAN WE OPEN THEM YET!?!? I've heard so many wonderful things about Ms's T's juices that I can't wait to try them. Is it ready yet??? ;)

So how are we supposed to answer the question, when she is backed up because of the storm? Normal time is about a week from order to delivery. Normal time from pending to baking is 2-3 days, 1-2 days baking, and 2-3 days to delivery. Now she's is a few days behind. She hasn't been around to answer many emails, pms, forum posts, etc., for a good while now even before the storm. The guy that was supposed to be helping her with the communication aspect of her business hasn't done anything of the sort so I don't know what happened there. Hope that helps, I know it's hard to wait. I wish I could sticky this for you guys that are new.

grrrrrr so frustrated i know get to sit here with a brand new PV and no juice to use it !!! sorry just needed to vent i understand not ms.T fault just needed to get that off my chest phew i feel better

Life is full of technical difficulties, whether natural or man-made, and patience takes practice to master.

Hey, I just might be ready for my philosophy course next month! LOL!

Anyway.... I too am anxiously awaiting my tasty delights but I try to remember it takes time to mix these to the perfection MsT (and we) expect. I would prefer her to take her time to make them perfectly than rush through the order list.
The best thing about MsT's juice is: It's well worth the wait and we all know we will appreciate those wonderful flavors once they are ready.

OK WHEW what a weekend and week! Welp! YEP it was "Fierce" here. I had no internet, phone or cable for days. SOOOOOO Yes I am so behind on orders.

EMAIL: If you had wrote me an email I still haven't responded to those. With this email I am hoping to answer all the questions ya'll may have.

ECF: If you had wrote a PM on ECF I have not had a chance to go through those. I haven't had a chance to go through ECF threads and answer questions there either.

FACEBOOK: If you Facebooked me I have not had a chance to go through those either.

MY ANSWERING MACHINE: If you left a message. The machine is broken and I will be gettin a new one this week once I get caught up and can get to the store. There is a message on there letting everyone know that I am behind but that is all. It let's you leave a message but I can't retrieve them. Sorry bout that.

As of right now I am 5 days behind. BUT... I am doing 2 days at once with hopes to be caught up by the latest Tuesday.

If you would like to add to your order. I have to say that this time will be impossible. Once I am caught up there should be no problem in the future.

Hello All!!! We all know Ms T is incredibly busy trying to get caught up with orders.

Therefore, I am asking everyone to please have patience and also please try not to email, PM, or call Ms T for a week or so unless it is an emergency! She needs time to get caught up and every email, PM, or call only keeps her more behind.

Might want to consider a Google Voice number for this one.

You can route it to your "answering line" and if that goes down you could still access it from a different phone or internet connection. You could also route it to a live number without having to give out a new number each time. Can also do outgoing calls from the PC or even linked to a Gizmo5 account.

Avoids the whole physical machine is broken and/or your phone provider's/ISP's voicemail provisioning system asploded issue. At the worst a Google voice would serve as a backup in case you have an emergency again. Also it can relatively transcribe most voicemail into email which can be helpful if you have internet access but no phone.

:laugh: You might want to put an open/close date on that for after you catch up. :p
