So I ordered my first order, and it took a little bit. About 8 days. I was prepared for that though, since she makes everything by hand.
I got my order today and she actually upgraded me to express shipping AND upgraded one of my juices. My order was only about 14 dollars and she took the time and money out to ensure I was happy. I do not know any company that would lose money just to make a customer happy.
I am now a lifelong customer. I may even be an exclusive customer. The customer service they have shown is excellent.
