Well, I guess it could be a lab. This is what Somerset County has on file as a picture of the property.

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has used records and/or google earth to look up a location for a vendor.

Like I said, last one I did, based on return address on a mailing label, was a vendor who claimed to be a chemist, with a lab, and the address traced to an apartment in a HUD-rehabbed residential apartment complex and sketchy neighborhood. :blink:


Which is why I no longer order from people who won't divulge address or phone number to me......and I do ask. What is there to hide?????


This topic is getting more humorous with each post :lol: Maybe Mrs. T's Bakery can rename the biz "Tar Paper House juice".......

Hey gang. Sorry, it tough for me to follow forum threads these days, but I got an interesting email. Part of which read...

It is incumbent upon you to announce you are severing any business ties with this company based on the excessively numerous complaints posted on ECF and elsewhere.

First of all, it isn't "incumbent on me" to do anything.

1) They are not listed as a trusted vendor, if they were, they would be removed until the issue is cleared or not put back on.
2) They are only listed as a maker of one of my favorite juices. That does not change.

I have no "business ties" with them.

Sorry, but I'm not the vendor police. I make reviews and do my best to stay out of the drama.
The only reason I visited that thread is because I got a pingback so I responded and tried to help.

I will send them the link to this thread so they can see for themselves what's going on.
I'm also considering a post about this subject on TYJ.
Outside of that, there's nothing else I can do.

Hope you guys can understand that.

The problem is Phil you stuck your neck out, right in the middle of the drama by stating:

So I'm sure you guys are going to get your orders...

which, coming from a reviewer or not, flies in the face of what is going on with the business. As it is, Ms T's has been plagued with slow delivery complaints - and by "slow delivery" we're talking months of waiting - and non delivery complaints for over one-third the time the place has been in business. (Depending on which version of her on-line biography you care to believe: Ms T has either been in business since 2009 or 2011.) So to just fly in here and assert "I'm sure you guys are going to get your orders" when the experience has been very much the opposite is certainly going to rub salt in already raw wounds. Beyond that, the idea of Ms. T telling anyone that they should expect longer wait times than "normal" due to issuing a 25% off coupon is flat out ridiculous, in context of "normal" wait times being anywhere between "months" to "not at all" and having been like that for over a year.

If you want to stay out of the drama, don't pop into a thread about a problematic vendor stating "I'm sure you guys are going to get your orders" when neither you or the vendor have anything in sight, other than a form letter, that backs that up.

Wow! Sorry that happened, Phil.. The emailer was wrong on both accounts... The second email was just dumb. Typical, but dumb. :facepalm:

Hi Phil - I'm just curious if you've recently received your favorite juice from her and if it would still rank as a favorite, just based on comments from people who did finally get their orders, six months after placing them and reporting that they were just awful and not what they had come to expect from her.

You don't have to answer that here, but I wonder if she'd still be the maker of one of your favorite juices by the standard of what she's putting out today? Just something to ponder.

I do agree with what Rick said - it did sort of seem like "well, of course Phil is going to get a quick response from her" and "wow - she's snowing him over too".

But to whomever wrote to Phil with both of those quoted responses - that was COMPLETELY out of line!

Gotta agree with Robin here. If I had a fav juice/vendor, and the recipe (or ineptitude or whathave you) changed, and I no longer liked it, then it wouldn't be a fav of mine anymore.

and yeah, it seems that Phil also got the standard email others have gotten, RECENTLY. As we all know no responses had been given up until recently.
