KewelGirl, your response wasn't abrasive. Not to come over as a big PBusardo defendant, but if I go to his site, I would probably look at his "Trusted Vendors" list for juice recommendations, more so than his "Favorite e-liquids" list (that's just me, with taste being subjective, and all). We've all probably have a vendor we really like, and don't hesitate to recommend, that someone else can't stand for a number of reason (I can think of a couple who are very popular with a number of posters).

IMO, someone bought Ms. T's Bakery, relocated, kept the name, maybe bought her recipes, and does a really poor job trying to make the juices that a lot of us used to really like. Probably the best someone can do is to write something in the "Negative Vendor Review" forum (I think that's what it's called), and refer anyone we see thinking about trying those juices to that.

I've been watching news for Ms. T's Bakery with interest since November when I was getting ready to order and saw the entire debacle reaching a fevered pitch. I had been a loyal customer since I got my first e-cig. I was addicted to her Banana Fosters Coffee with cream.

She was always slow, and didn't really respond. She had her PR guy who apologized for her, until he quit. I waited through her son being sick, which caused delays that she never really recovered from. 2 weeks became a month. Then I waited through the move, which she promised would lessen the delay times. The wait got even longer, up to 2 months. Then she seemingly just vanished, and completely stopped communication.

In June I saw that people began to say the juice wasn't the same anymore. So I ordered to see for myself the quality and wait times. Here is my order, placed 6/12/14:

Your order ID is #42705. A summary of your order is shown below. To view the status of your order click here.

Your Order Contains...
Cart Items SKU Qty Item Price Item Total
Banana Fosters Coffee
Cream: With Cream
Nic Level: 18mg
Banana Fosters Coffee 1 $20.50 USD $20.50 USD
Subtotal: $20.50 USD
Shipping: $5.80 USD
Grand Total: $26.30 USD

My order status on her site:

Order #42705
Order Date: 12th Jun 2014
This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment
Your Order Contains:
1 x Banana Fosters Coffee
(Bottle Size: 2 (two) - 15ml (+$15.50))

I would entirely love to do a chargeback at this point, but I'm just as curious as others are as to whether anything is ever actually getting shipped, so I'll see this to the bitter end.

The same day I order from Alhusion and Sweet Vapes. Both arrived within 5 days.

Last week I ordered from Southern Steam and even from Yaeliq WHICH IS LOCATED IN ISRAEL. Southern Steam showed up within 5 days, Yaeliq took 1 WEEK ... TO GET HERE FROM ISRAEL.

I have emailed and gotten no reply, as I expected. And, according to the Sept 5 update (which was the first update to that site since I ordered in JUNE), I still have 699 orders ahead of mine. And they are offering a 25% discount so they can get more orders piled up, since they are so close to being 5 months behind on orders I guess they feel fellow vapers should wait a nice, well rounded half a year for their e-juice.

They don't reply to this board and lose their license, they don't reply to the BBB. This business owner is insane. There is no other explanation.

I know this has been going on a long time, and I wish I had stuck around here to see all that was going on. I see a lot of people posting that they didn't receive their orders after a long time, but no reports of if anyone received anything eventually. I ordered from Ms T's on June 6th. So over 3 months ago. No replies on the e-mails and I'm afraid if it finally does ship they will never read my e-mails saying I have moved.

I just want to know, when is the last time anyone actually received something from Ms. T's?

I looked on BBB and they say the business had closed. "Mail sent to the business on 07/18/2014 was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as Undeliverable as Addressed."

I also found something very disturbing on her site, "
If an order is cancelled for any other reason, it will be refunded in store credit rather than to my credit card. By continuing with this order, I certify that I am aware of this policy, and if I choose to argue for the payment to be reapplied to my credit card, I agree to paying the $25 cancellation fee."

My order was $23.80. So if I dispute this charge, she gets MORE of my money?? I just don't understand.

It's not even about the money anymore. It's the principle of it. I'm just so angry. I want my money or my juice.

Supposedly they are under new management.

"
UPDATE: September 05, 2014:

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND 25% OFF SALE! STILL GOING

Ms T Bakery has interviewed and hired some wonderful staff to help keep up with our every going business. With the New Management Team in all departments we are working hard to reduce the delay times. It is a slow process, so please continue to bear with us. We are spending days and nights creating, and lots of orders have been going out."

Is this all just a big scam? Is she just taking money and not actually sending juice?

I want to know what my next course of action is. I e-mailed again today so I'll update this if anything actually happens.

Have they actually charged your credit card? If they have, and have not shipped your goods they are guilty of fraud. Bankruptcy won't protect them.

There are pretty strict guidelines on many different fronts. First are the FTC rules:
Business Guide to the FTC's Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule | BCP Business Center

Second are the rules they agreed to with the credit-card company. If you were charged fraudulently your credit-card company is obligated to remove the charge from your account. You don't say how long you've waited, but I would immediately notify the CC people that you have not received the goods. The vendor CANNOT charge you for a refund if they have not provided the service, period, end-of-story.

I would suggest you go to your CC company first.

Good luck and report back!

There's another thread on page 1 or 2 of this sub-forum about this . http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...periencing-much-longer-delay-then-posted.html
Running a discount with "excuse us for being a little slow" has been the modus operandi at Ms Ts since at least last September. 10-18 day processing time is most likely going to actually be 8 weeks or more. A few people have not ever gotten their orders, and getting a response from them is unlikely unless you are a well known juice reviewer.
You CAN do a charge back, many people have and no one has had her contest it apparently. The last order I got from there this spring took 3 months to arrive and the real kicker was that I ordered 4 bottles of Snickerdoodle which was my adv for 2 years but what I got in April was utterly nasty - unvapeable. Hopefully when/if you do get yours, it will at least taste good. I've seen lots of vendors with serious problems and had plenty of bad experiences but Ms Ts is hands down the only vendor I would go out of my way to urge people not to buy from.

The whole BBB thing btw is a mess of misunderstanding. Ms Ts was not ever a BBB registered vendor..and she moved to PA from New England (where that particular BBB is based) in 2012. They simply said that to their knowledge the business had closed, however, their knowledge was limited and incorrect. If she *was* still there, they would not get involved anyhow as they only deal with registered businesses.

Ms Ts charges cards immediately; part of what is so outrageous about this business. People have done charge backs with no problem in the last year. The business itself isn't going to return your money but no one has had trouble getting the charges back (except one guy who said he waited a year or something crazy like that). With as many people as have reported doing so here and on reddit it's surprising that the business can still accept orders but there you go.

You know it almost seems like Ms T freaking died. Or went insane like someone mentioned. Used to, they had a phone number. I remember calling up and talking to Brandon about why I was getting dizzy and stuff, and he told me my nic level was too high. After he left there was no communication at all. She hasn't been on Twitter in 2 years, Facebook in 3 years, weird thing her husband hasn't been on Facebook in 2 years either. I found out her real last name is Rogers. Yeah I'm serious about this vendetta. It's all out war now. I'm even considering messaging her son. He's on Facebook, Patrick Rogers. I guess it's not his fault his mother is insane. But maybe he could clear up for me what the hell happened. I used to wait maybe 2 weeks for juice. Something happened. I don't know if she's just senile or what. I wonder even if she is dead and some hacker took over the site. Hell maybe even her own kid. All I'm left with now is conspiracy theories. xD I keep trying to search for Tammy Rogers in New England but I don't know which New England. I want to call this jerk up at home and give her an earful.

That sounds the most probable at this time... Something happened (death, sickness, whatever) and someone else is still collecting the money. Like when people died and someone else keeps collecting the SS check.

Yes, there are plenty of theories about who owns it now and so on - but as many of us who bought from her often when she definitely did own and run it can attest: the wait time was always a thing; there were always sorry for blah blah excuse on the front page, and she was known for crazy stuff like refusing to fill orders for people who she even suspected of doing any diy as she was mega-paranoid about her recipes being stolen. She treated fellow vendors, friends and even her front man and savior Brandon poorly. I'm sure if you wanted to go through the archives here and at another forum you could see plenty of warning signs as early as 2011. People got this picture of a kindly old woman baking cookies in her humble kitchen but that was not ever who she was. At this point, it really isn't relevant anyway- I wouldn't care if she was The Virgin Mary making juice with the Keebler Elves. Whoever is in charge of the business selling e-liquid under the name Ms. Ts Bakery Essentials is an absolutely horrible person with zero concern for customers beyond raking in that cash. We know for a fact that Tammy moved from Maine to Winber Pa. - near Johnstown- in 2012. Where is she now, or does she even exist- I can't see how it matters. She was definitely still in charge last September when it devolved beyond the normal long waits times and silly prices to what it is now. No human has answered that machine since last winter and everyone who has called it has gotten the same messages full thing.

I feel for you - being a longtime patient customer and having been through this I had no problems writing Ms Ts off last Spring. I loved Snickerdoodle (the old formula - the batch I got in spring was nauseating) but not that much. I could afford to let my money sit for months multiple times, had other vendors, learned a lesson. But seeing it continue unchecked for all this time and reading post after post as well as pms and emails from people here and elsewhere on the internet, as well as having a rl newbie vaping neighbor walk into it unsuspecting ..that makes me angry enough to take the time and put stress on my fingernails to do what I can to get the information out there to try to save others from "her" or "him" or "it" .

This is so far beyond a bad vendor it's just hard to believe. Still, there's only so much you can do and tbh based on what I saw of her over the years here and at another forum I don't think that it would help at all if you *could* find her. This was never, ever a person who cared in any real way about the people whose money she took. She always had a crazy, arrogant, exceedingly egotistical thing going on, and I can't imagine she would suddenly become someone who had any real shame or concern for how her behavior may have actually distressed people who gave her their money if you hunted her down.

Is someone else now running Ms Ts? Quite possible - but in the end, they are running it very much as she did: cashing the checks immediately, ignoring customer inquiries, making up excuses for problems, having an apology "discount" to get more orders when there are 600+ pending before yours placed 2 months ago - and then mixing some juice when they have spare time. No juice, not even old skool Snickerdoodle, is worth that - and especially not in 2014 when there are so many quality vendors giving real discounts and providing actual customer service while making good juice out there.

TLDR Alive or dead, whoever is running Ms Ts Bakery Essentials now is following in Ms Ts proud tradition of no customer service. Don't use this vendor.

Things that make you go hmmm @ 1:30 am when reading 18 pages of posts.

I'm still waiting for my 10ml of bluraspberry...lmao.

And both of the times that I inquired about it I received this same exact message:

Robert,

We are sorry for the delay in orders. We have hired more staff in our shipping, ejuice creators and customer service departments to help get through the unusual high volume of orders the past couple months. We are now working 7 days a week to get things back to normal. This information can also be found on the front of mstsbakery.com as well as the image with orders and dates that they were shipped out.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Coincidence? or Family business tradition?

After reading this, it occurred to me, psychopath. Psychopaths are very good at masking their true selves to "fit in" (her sweet grandmother website) and mirroring acceptable behavior (when she first started) , yet have no capacity to empathize with others, and are only self serving.
