Well I placed an order on 8/3/14, and as of today there are still 951 orders ahead of mine and that hasn't changed since I ordered it. I have ordered from her in the past, but went back to analogs, but really enjoyed her juice. When I started vaping again I paved one of my first orders with her. Just wanted to know the outcome of your orders, if they were ever received and if you got your money back. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB, my attorney general and my credit card. I've waited 6 weeks, 2.5 more than her 18 business day bs. I could have bought some amazing juice from some other vendors, now my money is tied up. What type of person continues to take orders they don't fill!!! I just wish I had seen this thread before now, before I ordered, I never had an issue before so I saw no reason to check out her business like I would with a new juice company.

Also, on August 5th, the post that others mention was on there, showing the same order number, info, etc. It has NOT changed in any way except for the date.

Sigh. You can do a chargeback with your bank. Orders are taking @ 3 months to arrive, all of this has been going on for a straight year, since late August 2013. The BBB will not do anything, Ms Ts Bakery Essentials is not now, nor ever was, a BBB registered business. Many long-time customers, including myself, who have waited 2-3 months for orders have found that now the juice is not what it used to be - the last batch of Snickerdoodle I received in April was literally nauseating, unvapeable by any standards.

The good news is that there are MANY MANY vendors now making excellent juice, with good prices, actual customer service, reasonable priced and fast shipping.

So I meant to update sooner but I've been so busy with work. I can't get my money back. T.T

I swore I bought the juice with my Wells Fargo account. No. I looked and looked, and the charge is not there. That means I bought it with a bank account in the small town I moved from. I closed the bank account 2 months ago. I doubt they can do a thing about it. Those people up there are stupid and rude anyway. I made one purchase online and when I went to make a second my card was declined even though I had thousands of dollars. I called them and they said they shut my card off because since I tried to make 2 purchases online in one day they thought it was stolen. Really? I told them I needed it turned back on and they said they didn't know how! I got a little irritated and told them that was stupid, and they hung up on me! I didn't even curse or yell! So I had to call back and the next lady said I could still use it anywhere but online for 24 hours. I was like ...? How does that even make sense? STUPID PEOPLE. EVERYWHERE.

So I guess this is just a loss. I'm glad it was only $23.80. I guess if whoever is running that place ever does send me anything and it miraculously makes it to me (the people at the post office in that town are ...... too, I think something is in the water) I'm probably just going to throw it away. If they are just a huge scam and the juice tastes like crap, who knows what is in it! Maybe even poison!

Man if you ordered in August all I can say is you should dispute that asap. I have waited since June 6th and still nothing. Over 3 months. And the juice is reported to taste like crap now once it finally does come. The BBB is a freaking joke. I learned that recently when a job offer turned into harassment. They called me every single week early in the morning asking me to set up an interview even though I already had one and realized there were over $300 in fees just to get the job. They have soooo many complaints from both potential job seekers and actual customers, yet their BBB rating is A+. Really? It should be an F. I submitted a bad report to them and it just came back saying I couldn't file a report because I wasn't a customer. I had to curse them out and threaten to call the police before I could get them to stop calling me. I really have bad freaking luck. T.T

Well, at least they were trying to protect themselves :)

Am Express did that to me too.. I had the card for like 3 months without using it, then decided I needed to do some remodeling. So I fill up the truck with gas, then went to Menards and bought a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. On the way home, stopped off for lunch and BOOM, card declined :) Called and they said I triggered a alert by using it to buy gas (something thieves do to check the card is good, since you swipe at the pump) then made a large purchase..

Sorry to hear that you got hit with the double-whammy (bad bank and a bad vendor). Spread the word about Ms. T's, and the bank. Did you find a vendor you're happy with now?

From Post 164 on... Looking to find out if Ms T's is a scam now.

Let's keep this all in one location for everyone for continuity...
Merging this with the existing thread :)

Thanks so much for letting this thread continue. Maybe we will finally figure out what's up with this vendor and protect some newcomers as well.

I understand the point you are trying to make but charging a card AFTER shipping is a REALLY POOR business practice!!

It should be charged at time of shipping, ie. When the shipping label is created. As far as im aware that is how almost every single online business works. Except ms. T. She just takes your money.

I agree what she is doing is wrong and hopefully will come to an end soon before many more get scammed.

Technically, charging for merchandise that is not in stock and ready to ship is called fraud. Ask your bank.

As an aside I'm amazed so many places are getting away with this "pre-order" crap, charging in full in advance for merchandise that is neither in sight, in stock, or in many cases not even manufactured long in advance of the charge being processed. A quick heads up would, technically, get most of those places credit card processing shut down hard.

Online retailers are supposed to place a hold on the card when the order is placed in full amount of the order which will drop off within 3 business days. This allows them to confirm that the funds are available and prevent them from being able to spend those funds until the order can be shipped (which should be within that timeframe.) When the order is shipped they either have the right to charge the card in the amount of the order or convert the hold to a charge. Charging before shipping the products is fraud.

I ordered back in June without ever reading up on the company, just that the juice was GOOD.

After waiting two weeks did my research and found out I was indeed screwed.

BUT there's a plus side!!!!

I paid with my Chase card. I called Chase and explained the situation. Less than 24 hours later I had my money back.

Call your financial institute that you used to place your order and they will refund you your money and take it from them.
Make sure to have all of your order information.

How many people does a business have to cheat out of money before they finally put the business owner in jail?

I am surprised Mrs T (or whoever owns the company) has been cheating people for this long of time, and she's still not in the slammer .... I know for a fact that there are people that have been prosecuted for even writing one bad check.

Agreed, the website needs to be shut down and charges filed against whoever it is ripping people off.
