Ms T's Bakery juices, anyone else experiencing a much longer delay then was posted??

The BBB has this site / store as "Out Of Business" yet it's still up and running, wish there was a way to report this company. It's a shame that something so good has become something so wrong.

The BBB is in New England where Ms Ts was once located. They were not ever a registered business there anyway, so it wouldn't matter. Ms Ts moved to Pennsylvania in late 2012.

It's terrible that this vendor is still able to take people's money.

They can still take people's money because nobody has ever filed charges against them for fraud.

Personally, I have never done business with them, but someone that has in fact lost money needs to file a criminal complaint ... or there just going to keep doing what there doing.

Surprises me that they have been getting away with it for this long ...

Well I guess that most unhappy people have done charge backs or like me waited for 3 months to get crappy juice, in which case..how would you file charges? Tbh if I was one of the people who waited too long to do a chargeback and never got anything I wouldn't know how to file a charge against them anyhow - I'm sure the Philly police wouldn't help me. A good amount of people in the past 13 months have reported successfully doing charge backs, which makes it super amazing that they can still accept orders. :(

just to add another stung person to the list, my order is from early September and its in the 43100 range

its a large order over $200 and i did not see the negative press before ordering as i don't use EFC and only registered after the fact because i was wondering about the delays, i am a veteran vaper of 5 years but stopped buying different liquid for a few years and had a good supplier till they shut and when i went to get something new and American the only name i could remember was Ms T bakery

my issue is...do we have anyone with a shipped order recently, i ask this because in the last few months the order number update thing has not changed and this month the date changed but nothing else

iv read over 200 pages of threads about this over varying forums and the very last order i can find online that was shipped was june... who knows when they ordered.

this is very very disappointing like most i don't have money to just throw around. but honestly this situation just baffles me.. sure keep the site open and keep the money or don't if they charge back but this makes no sense to me.

iv ran online stores before and i know for a fact if you get X chargebacks the processor will drop you in a heartbeat. its not good for their ratings and the customers may not shop at other places hosting the same processor

how is it not shut down then.. and why is Pete getting replies yet no orders are shipping out.

i want to say this if anyone on ECF has had an order shipped out in Augusts or September post in here and let us know.. because right now the last order i can find that shipped was 5 months a go and the site from what i can tell is not being updated by a person... its being updated by a script possibly [ when it says last update because it does it on the same day each month right now]

also from about this time last year shipment times were around 5-6 weeks this was including january but since then the times have blown out to 3-4 months and never for some people.... how does that happen >_>

my credit card has coverage with VISA for a long period i want to play this out a little longer.. i am not desperate for e-liquid and i want to get deeper in to this

Welcome to the baffled by it club.
As a long time (now former) customer who was ordering regularly until this past spring I have to correct something- in September of last year, some orders were taking 2 to 3 months to arrive if they did at all, and people had already reported waiting longer than that with no product and no response to inquiries from Ms Ts. In fact tbh, this was sometimes occuring in 2012. You could look at their now archived threads and see complaints/questions there I'm sure. At the very "peak" of this business - there were always problems with slow and/or simply unfilled orders. There were always excuses and coupons/discount codes for people's patience, as there have been recently. The order numbers would be updated on the site - and when the business was still registered at ECF noted on this forum in their thread at times - and yet we still waited with things not progressing.

If you want to wait and report back here, excellent. I don't believe that no one at all is getting juice from there; I think some people are waiting and getting orders whenever they get them, going on with their lives. The update placed on their site around the time of the response to Phil Busardo (is that who you are referring to when you say Pete?) was not exactly the same as the one before it nor the more recent one, though they are and always have been very similar - 'sorry blah blah moving/sick child/new system/busy-for-insert-reason-here so we are offering this 10% discount code and thanks for your patience' (cause hey yes, when you're ridiculously backed up, definitely troll for more orders right). Processing time being listed in bold as 10-18 days has been the standard since last September when it was changed from 7-14 days..which at their best was not usually how it went down.

So let us know what you learn. I'd be most interested to know whether the juice sucks as badly as the last shipment I got from them did or if that was an anomaly - but I wouldn't reorder from them again now if it was top shelf and cleaned my house, nor would I encourage anyone else to, so it's simply idle curiousity.

From the threads i looked at. one was a thread outside of her forum when she did not pay her bill to ECF and the admin/mods let it run until all the current users had their orders.. well some of them from what i followed through it.

and yes by pete i mean phil and by phil i am sorry.. lol... i really really did not mean that. i just watched a video from him recently where he was quoted in a magazine and they called him pete and he was saying nope my name is phil and it was his fathers name and he's proud of it. so sorry phil

i dunno maylovesmetal.

the messages i was talking about is the order gone out number that has not moved in months from when iv been looking at it. i don't think they update it anymore at all. which does not help this situation. if they at least updated the order numbers it may have helped some of the issues with waiting. iv not seen it move from number 42006
 
Mila25, go get your money back. You're not going to get your order. And, if you do, you're going to hate it.

i do appreciate it. i have the VISA paperwork sitting on my windows desktop for awhile now. i literally found this and other threads the day after i ordered.

i have a Giant Vapes and a MT Baker order in the post they were awesome btw. both of them shipped within a day and were awesome to deal with. so i guess once this catastrophe is over those will be my new places to order.

i am going to keep an eye on this thread, i made an account to interact with others on this fiasco and i intend to continue as long as this continues

hopefully no more crazy people like me get caught
 
It seems my order should only be 2-3 months away now. Although I am new here I do plan to update in the future if I ever receive my order. If I don't I'll be sure to update also.

i'll update how my journey goes too but its very possible its going to be a journey with VISA and not Ms T or Mr P or whoever controls this company now and writes emails and letters...maybe its aliens... we'll never know ;)

that what i said. i would be going on a journey with VISA instead. i have no expectation nor will i even contact Ms T because as well are all aware by now they don't reply

the one thing that should knock some sense in to people is HellRose1228 posted on the last page his/her [ sorry don't want to be rude] order number. the order number is 128 orders after the number posted on the website of orders that have gone out. that number is 42006... so in the last 2 months not even 128 orders have gone out in 2 months.... months not weeks months.... just something to think about... i am like 1k orders after HellRose.. so their statement of maybe 3 months... mine would be over 14 months to process based on current numbers... lol

honestly 100% i believe no orders are being done right now... 128 orders is nothing she was doing that weekly this time last year...

So i had been in contact with a store that was a re-seller for Ms T

they have moved on from this experience and would prefer not to be named but they said i can pass on their experience if that would help someone else not get done

they had resold the liquid for awhile and they had put in a new order over 1k worth of e-liquid they got a shipment notification in April from Ms T after they questioned the delays but nothing ever came

they got a reply only once about the delays and it was very similar to what Phil got but it had some added information

she had apparently moved up north and her brother was helping her make the e-liquid [ this could be Mr P]

thats all they got no other reply or any packages.. i really appreciate them replying to me and answering the questions i had. so if you see this guys thank you

they did say they had a customer who said he had got some information that she was very very ill and that could be the reason all this has gone down.

The store i spoke to have moved on and are supplying great e-liquid from various other fantastic USA producers.

i wanted to pass this on due to the nature of this thread.
