I just looked up the "What Whut" Variety shop on FB and they are a consignment shop and just joined FB last month. HUMMMMM very interesting. Has anyone spoken to them I wonder??

I also find it interesting that both Ms T AND her hubby have not posted anything in their FB pages in months and BOTH have recent activity of "liking" the What Whut Variety shop. Perhaps they are right back where they started in Windber Pa. Or never left at all.

This is posted in the about section on FB, what a scam.

"Variety shop with many unique items for everyone in the family. Knives, Swords, Clothing, Toy, Candles, Cell cases, Electronic Cigarette and Ms T's Ejuice"

This has probably been suggested, but I haven't kept up with the thread.

If every person who has been cheated files a compliant it might make a difference. This is not a BBB type of site, they work closely with the FBI.

Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home

I actually put my hand up to get the ball rolling and was looking for others that would be signatories to a formal complaint. I have exams pending and won't have free time for about 6 weeks, however, thereafter, I'm gunning for these scammers with the soul intent of stopping them dead in their tracks AND getting my money back!!

Anyone else think that they have a regular Joe Schmo account at ecf and have been keeping up with this thread? How odd is it that that when everyone is finally sounding like they are about to take action, the site is updated and peoples orders are awaiting shipment?? I say hurry and file before they send you some crap out and claim innocent. All the emails people have sent and charge backs that have been done and they act like it's business as usual?!?!? What???? That shows me it's even more of a scam and whoever is behind it is enjoying every second of this.

KewelGirl, I have no doubt they are watching this thread. I for one have never believed she sold her business to anyone. This is typical behavior for her and anyone else who would have purchased the business would have made an effort to clear up this mess and been more forthcoming if they had any hope of having success with this business.

Seems "Ms. T" has changed addresses more times than Carter has Little Pills.....!!
I've seen a Maine address posted for "her" somewhere......
This "company" is giving juice makers - and the vaping community in general - a "black eye"!!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

She moved from Maine to Pennsylvania at the end of 2012.

Checking back in. A recap: I placed an order on 6/12/14:

Your order ID is #42705. A summary of your order is shown below. To view the status of your order click here.

Your Order Contains...
Cart Items SKU Qty Item Price Item Total
Banana Fosters Coffee
Cream: With Cream
Nic Level: 18mg
Banana Fosters Coffee 1 $20.50 USD $20.50 USD
Subtotal: $20.50 USD
Shipping: $5.80 USD
Grand Total: $26.30 USD

The website now has an update stating that orders up to #42993 were created and shipped on 10/8/14. I have not received an email. I logged onto my account and this is my status:

Order #42705

Order Date: 12th Jun 2014

This order is marked as Completed
Your Order Contains:

1 x Banana Fosters Coffee
(Bottle Size: 2 (two) - 15ml (+$15.50))

This is puzzling, because they don't even list 'completed' as an order status on their site, and I've never had an order given that status:

Awaiting Fulfillment: This means your order has been received successfully and you are in line for processing. Orders are created based on when they were received by us.
Awaiting Shipping: At this point, your order has entered the group that is being created. Depending on when it enters that status, it will USUALLY ship the same day or the next. ONCE IT IS LISTED IN THIS STATUS, CHANGES IN CONTENT OR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN NO LONGER BE MADE.
Partially Shipped: If you see this status, it means that one or more of the items you requested are unavailable at time of shipping, and part of your order has been shipped. The rest will be shipped separately as it is available.
Shipped: This means your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the US Postal Service. Your tracking number (trackable at usps.com) will be included.

So, I'm under the impression that the juice I ordered 4 months ago has been made. NOT made and shipped as the site states. Or it's been shipped and should be arriving sometime next week. Or whatever 'completed' means in the eyes of Ms T's Bakery Essentials.

If something shows up, I'll let you all know after I open it and try the juice.

Stomkat,

I know you've ordered from Ms T. before (I remember seeing your posts in Ms. T's forums before they were archived); I'll be curious to hear from you if it tastes anything like what you've ordered before from Ms. T.

It's been over a month since I sent an email to Ms. T. Not to ask about an order, or to complain; just to say hello, see how she's doing, wondering if everything was Ok.
Didn't hear a peep.
I really want to know who PBusardo's "source" was when he sent an email to Ms. T, and got a reply back.

Another interesting thing I realized while viewing my account:
Order #42705
Order Date: 12th Jun 2014

Order #37811
Order Date: 27th Aug 2013

In the 10 months between my last 2 orders she has only had 4894 orders. That's around 490 per month. That isn't a lot of volume, unless they were all massive orders. But even then, just doing 30 orders per day (or blasting out 200 in one day per week) should have things caught up by now. I wish that was my company. I could blast out a couple hundred orders a couple days a week and have 5 days of play!

That is actually the only reason I ordered from her again. I had been keeping up with the Ms. T's drama, and people started saying the juice they were starting to get wasn't the quality they were used to, and in fact it was crap. Then everyone just started charging back.

I decided to order some Banana Fosters Coffee and just wait it out. I knew this was going to take up to 6-8 months to play out one way or another, since I'm 'just a regular customer.' This order was a test to get a current wait time, and then taste the juice when/if it arrives and let everyone know what they are going to get after waiting months for an order.

Did you like the Banana's Foster Coffee before all of this started? If so, then for sure this would be the one review that should tell a lot of people what's what with Ms. T's...
