You know what has me really shaking my head? This part, listed in their F.A.Q. section; I never noticed it before...
"What if I notice a mistake I made on my order after I place it?
If you place an order and realize that you made a mistake or want to make a change, please contact us immediately. DO NOT place another order and expect the first one to be refunded and cancelled. Due to credit card processing costs, a refund on the mistaken order will not be reapplied to your card unless you agree to pay the $25 cancellation fee assessed by our credit card processor! Instead, you will receive store credit on your account for future use. As noted above, once your order has entered "Awaiting Shipping" status, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE."
I also noticed they don't have updates regarding shipping orders on the main page anymore...
Yeah that was always there. Ms Ts policies were never ever customer friendly. Basically it was af it was a privilege to buy from her - she was doing you a huge favor. Even while I was a regular customer I always looked for a replacement. Living in PA I had the honor of paying 8% sales tax on top of the highest prices I ever paid for juice. She had outrageous shipping charges that actually went up as your orders dollar amount increased for shipping that was slow on a good day, and a million rules and limits no other vendor had. Her juice was so much better than anyone elses back in the days.. it was kinda the only game in town and she really ran the business like she was The Queen. I guess she hasn't got the news but things have changed in the juice world since 2013. There are so many quality juices out there now that can compete with and even win against hers - even if hers was what it used to be, which in my experience it's not.
