I just received my last order from her, placed nov 11th. Haven't tasted juice yet so can't yet comment about the quality compared to previous orders.

There was a 10% off coupon code included in the package...does she really think we're all reordering? Delusion at its finest I suppose.

Well, as crazy as it seems to us, there have been several on this forum recently who made a point of saying they will re-order despite the non-existent customer service and wait times that are triple what is stated on the site.

With most of us moving on, the die-hards will have a reduced wait time :~D

3 days sine the last update and there are a mysterious 20 or so orders that weren't listed (unless it lasted less than a day on the website). Either way, looks like my order might finally be on its way. also got an email saying it was shipped with a usps email for it too.

Erin, is this the same order that has been lost or MIA all this time?? The order that had a tracking number that never moved?? When was this order placed?

I too am shocked at the number of people who are still ordering from her after what we have witnessed here. I wonder how many will reorder when they find that their juice is not what it used to be? My last order of snicker doodle cookie was not bad per say, but it was no where near the quality that I had come to expect from Ms T. It was that quality of juice that kept me coming back to her in spite of all the personal issues she had.

Has anyone besides me wondered if she altered the juice on purpose as a pay back for criticism she has gotten here? When I start to have doubts about a vendor to this degree it's time to move on to someone I can trust. The change of flavor in my last order has made it much easier to do just that. I don't care how much of a fanboy you are to any vendor, when the juice becomes sub par and you are paying top dollar for it, waiting months to receive your order, and cannot contact the vendor for any reason what so ever, people will not stay with you. It's a matter of time before you find yourself "washed up" in this town!!:tumble:

I've wondered if that was the reason for my funky snickerdoodle. I remember way back someone had mentioned that she wasn't posting her order number because she was afraid of Ms T retaliating when making her juice. I'd hate to think anyone would be that petty and vengeful, but it's also hard for me to imagine someone being so lackadaisical with a thriving business.

My new order number is 40657...That's about 900 orders in front of me. My last order was on Nov 4th or about the time MsT lost her status on here and if memory serves me right there were about 600 in front of me that time. What I take from that is that these discussion forums aren't keeping many people away.

When did you place your order? I placed a order on December 13 and my order # is 40301 so I think there are a lot of people not ordering from her anymore.

So I did receive my order today and I have to say I think the coffee does taste a little different but I have not been able to figure out why. Either that or its just been so long I don't remember what it tasted like lol. I had a "sorry for delay" at the bottom also signed JP. The sorry was a little annoying because this was the order that I made when I thought they would fix their mistake of never sending the first order so in the message I wrote everything out thinking that if they got to this order and had not seen my email they would send my order or contact me or something. Well there was not one word on the invoice about it, nothing, not I'm sorry we skipped your order not a too bad for you, nothing, so that was really really annoying! I have since found at least one place I like ordering juice from and hopefully will soon have a second:)

I really wish there was a way to tag her site or something to warn people who don't follow these forums, like my friend who ordered in November believing the 10-18 day lie would give her lots of time to buy Christmas gift. It's *not* the super long wait to me..it's the deception and lack of response to customers. I've dealt with several vendors who took a long time to get stuff out but they were all apologetic about it, and they all made changes to make waits tolerable, whether it was closing when at capacity, limited hours, or hiring more staff. It's like a big f you that when the order I am *still* waiting for was already almost 4 weeks out she changed her turn around time info on her page..from a week to 18 days; and when it hit 6 weeks and she ignored my polite attempts to contact her and apparently everyone else's efforts as well to the extent that people here were speculating that she had died..she was able to add "Coupons are Back!" to her page. Because just what you should do when you're so overloaded is ignore the customer's who already paid you and do something to entice more to send their cash. Grrr.

My neighbors order placed on December 7th 2013 is just now on January 16 changed to "awaiting shipment" which in Ms Ts terms probably means a few more days before it mails. Some things on her site have been changed but it still says 10 to 18 business day processing time before shipping. 27 to 30 business days -no weekends, Christmas, etc- seems to be the reality.

Well I received my order finally. Latest update pic:

And also changed on the website is the latest notice, which appears that this brand is more concerned with wholesaling than us .....y customers. I can't believe that these retailers are also waiting 2+ months for their orders. Then again, it isn't all that fresh anymore if it is sitting on the retailers shelves before someone orders it from them. Ms T's use to be fresh and great service, now they're just there.

UPDATE: January 16, 2014:

Welcome to the Family!!

Ms T's Bakery E-Juice is now available in Florida:

The E-Cig Depot
1511 S Ridgewood Ave
Edgewater, Florida 32132

Has anyone spoken with any of her retailers to see if they are being treated with the same disrespect ?

I understand your question, but I don't think most of MsTs customers much care at this point whether retailers are being treated disrespectfully or not; it's enough, for most of us, to know know that we have been. Period.

As of today, January 22, this order placed on 12/7 is STILL awaiting shipment!
