I agree...it's too little, too late for me too...and still with no communication or explanation. I'll deal with the delivery-12-days-after-chargeback issue, but after that, I'm moving on.

Me too, I refuse to order from her again after all of this. In my opinion, offering no explanation pretty much confirms she feels she doesn't need our business and that this mess was perfectly acceptable to her.

Oh man, my tracking still hasn't moved and my order number is 38663. I really hope something didn't get messed up since she printed my tracking a long time ago. I don't know if I should email her just to make sure she knows I didn't receive mine, when she gets around to looking for emails at least it would be there I guess.

Yeah, perhaps you should. My order # is 38786.

It looks like mine has been accepted and dispatched to a sort facility.

This is my first and last order from Ms T's. I'll never order from her again. Disappearing for weeks/months with no communication, lying about shipping on her web site, charging credit cards before shipping, no thanks. There are plenty of other vendors to buy from.

It's really too bad, I had a huge list of liquids that I wanted to try, that's all deleted now. All the business cards, menus and magnets that I ordered are all going directly into the trash. I certainly won't have any use for them now.

Erin, my order number was 38782, your order should have gone out long before mine and VapinDove's. I'm really sorry to hear that. My order didn't go out until after 5 pm. With all the packages she's sent, I doubt they went in to the system in order. I'd say there's a good chance that yours is there and just hasn't been processed yet.

I sent her an email, I am hopeful that maybe she had to give it a new tracking number, I know someone said the tracking number is only good for a few days but you never know. Now I will just try to be patient lol. Maybe it will just show up in my mail box.

Oh no, Erin...yours should have been one of the first to move at this point! Definitely attempt to contact her about it ( I know, I know...an email? Seriously?) This is very unfair for you, as you've been waiting among the longest and have been so hopeful...I'll think only the best thoughts for you...keep us posted.

Not that it matters since some people have been in shipped status for almost a month now...but counting Saturday, Sunday and a USPS holiday as 3 days is a bit of a stretch. Sorry to hear about it being shipped to your old job, good luck with that!

You make a good point, I forgot about Monday being a holiday... This whole situation has me a little agitated so the higher thought processes get a little short circuited.

Finally got some movement on my order though, so time to calm down a bit and get in touch with my ex-supervisor... Maybe I'll just call the front desk - she was a very nice lady, maybe she won't mind quietly meeting me out front...

I completely understand. I made a crazy post a few pages back crying that other people ahead of me had "awaiting shipment" statuses when mine did too :oops:

I still haven't received a shipped email, but I at least have a little glimmer of hope now that I see packages are going out!! My order is still a little ways off, so I'll be checking my email daily.

I never received a shipped email either, just went to the website to see if anything changed and my order was marked Shipped with a tracking number.

I totally agree....a little too late! I can't understand how you have a business and not take care of your customers. I don't think her business will ever recover from this and that is us showing her that she can't treat customers any old way and think that it is just ok because she had "Mommy Duties". I'm sorry but part of "Mommy Duties" is that you provide for your family and if that means that you own a business to provide for your family then you should be taking care of your customers so that you can keep that business. As far as I am concerned she can keep her business for herself because I am going elsewhere for my juices even though I haven't had the money to order what might be a replacement for my Gourmet Vanilla because Ms. T's has the money I need for another order. I will wait this out as I see others are seeing good signs of life but I will never order another thing from her. I am just thankful that I still have a few juices laying around to use while I wait this out....I am genuinely sorry for those that don't have some kind of backup.

Ive been reading about movement for weeks

mail should have been received by someone in the last 2 weeks
but has any on received the mail?
The difference this time is that orders are actually moving in the USPS system, which they had not been before. Because they weren't delivered to the post office until after 5pm last night, the earliest deliveries might be tomorrow, but my hunch is that most orders won't be received until Friday.

I would say then if no one receives anything this week

I mean its a real bad sign when shipping notices go out and you don't get anything weeks later

Just saying if she is deceitful in shipping notice how do you know she is not deceitful in what she puts in juice

Plus she probably knows she is near the end anyway

and that's not a good thing

Think about it if this is her bread and butter and she knows everyone is having a hard time with whats going on

I know she could have got some of the orders out
but as it is everyone on this thread
has not got any mail from her

Id be afraid she would have a if Im going out any way attitude
