im reading the thread about alternitives for Ms Ts and getting very upset i placed a 98 dollor order on nov 1st its now dec 1st and i still have 600 orders ahead of me .i see in the thread i stated above that if you wait to long u will not get a charge back i used a one time debit card to place the order, how can some one get away with this taking peoples money and not sending out any thing theres nothing any body can do. theres no law against this. if theres 600 orders ahead of me this must mean she has hundreds of peoples dollors and shes gonna get away with this. i dont know what to do if anybody can help me it whould be much appreciated.

Pretty unfortunate situation for such a loyal fanbase to go through. Hope next statement isn't inappropriate, but for everyone who complained that ave juice closed after a certain amount of orders per day- well this is one reason why, they know their limitations and you don't get put in limbo
yes thats what should be done close the site till the orders are caught up what really upsets me is the site is still open and taking orders i stated above that she has hundreds of dollors but if you do the math my order was placed nov 1st and has 600 orders ahead of it its now dec 1st so there must be over 700 orders pending with just a 20 dollor order she has over 14,000 dollors i see this as crazy and that the law needs to step in

Is the vanilla card something that you had to provide a name, address and phone number for? I know Walmart issues one-time cards and then they mail you another with your name on it when it's registered. If this took place, contacting the card company would allow them to pull up that card and send you a new one or at the very least, make sure it's active.

Let the card company know what's going on and once a chargeback clears, they should be able to cut you a check and close out the card without any issues. Since it's a debit and not a credit card, a refund from the company should be easier to get as they normally don't want to deal with the hassle that most CC companies have to go through.
