I always try to put the word out, I don't spend a lot of time on FB anymore, however I do get on there a few times a week and like and share MBV posts etc. I also got 2 of my neighbors to start vaping and sent them over to you guys! :toast:

Ok this is for the DIY in here...Im going to get the 236 ml of unflavored juice and get some bottles of flavoring. My question is how much flavoring to put in if I usually get my flavors with an extra flavor shot...this would probably be for 15 ml bottles but would like to know for 30 ml bottles as well.

Thanks!

You would want to start somewhere around 14% flavoring, or 1.4ml for each 10ml of juice (2.1ml flavoring for 15ml bottles, and 4.2ml for 30ml bottles).

Well if Im doing the math right then is this a lot cheaper if I have a lot of different flavorings? Cause this way I could get 7 15 ML bottles out of every bottle of flavoring or 3 30 ML bottles.
'
Im just trying to figure out if this would be a cheaper option instead of buying it ready made. Cause 2.99 for a bottle of flavoring is not a bad deal at all and they told me in the chat help window that if I wanted 6 mg nic to order the 6 mg nic.

That was the only thing from keeping me from trying DIY...don't want to poison my stupid self! LOL

Another stupid question...do I add the flavoring first or the unflavored juice?

your end product will be lower nic then what ever stregth you order as adding flavoring would diluate the nicotine of the final product. There are a ton of user friendly calcul;ators available for download I use the ejuice me up one.

Thanks! Im downloading it now. Even it brings it down to 3 mg thats fine with me. Im even considering ordering some of the plain PG VG no nic blend...thats only 8 dollars. Personally at 6 mg my cravings have completly disappeared but I still like the act of vaping.

It could be cheaper in the end...of course, I use syringes and graduated cylinders to mix juice (some additional equipment will cost in the beginning), and where you buy your nic base and PG/VG can make a difference in the final cost of your juice. For instance, I purchase higher nic base (60mg/ml) and dilute that down with PG/VG to my final vaping strength. You could buy 36mg/ml nic base, for example and dilute it down to 1/6th of the original strength to get a final product of 6mg/ml. I would recommend with starting simply, so your first nic base purchase might be 6mg/ml just so that you're adding flavoring...and then once you get a little more experience you can get the higher nic base to mix your juice. HTH :)

The flavoring comes in a base of typically PG, so this as MDV39 stated this will dilute your nic base down. In the long run it's more economical to get the highest Nic 36mg and dilute it with your preferred PG/VG ratio and bring it down to the 6mg of nic, there is a good calculator called eJuicemeup there are others as well and it will help you to choose the ml's for each of the components of the juices.

Well Im just planning on starting with the unflavored nic juice thats already have the nic in it. How would I use the calculator for that?

EDIT...Never mind I figured it out...It is a nice calculator. Where would be the best place to buy Nic base and PG and VG for when I decide Im ready to step up? And also where I could get some good syringes.

It depends on what ratio pg/vg you plan to use
