Agreed there are quite a few places out there that sell phony hardware that is not unique. But I can assure all hardware that we sell has been purchased directly from the manufacturer and we even offer a 6 month warranty on all hardware that have manufacturing defects. Fo full disclosure, if we ever, which we do, sell clones (hardware replicating original pieces that are cheaper) we plainly state that they are clones in the title. For example we just got clone hardware called Infinite and all infinite hardware has the word clone in its title. Not to worry, you will be taken care of with Mt Baker Vapor, especially when it comes to putting together your device, we have a wonderful customer service tea that operates between 7am and 11pm PST. You can get in contact with them either by phone (1.877.565.8273) or just go on to our website and get in contact with them via our online chat system. Let us know how it goes :)

do you sell those hana/cana/anah cloupor modz anymore?

hi Opal. sorry to hear about hubby. how's your recovery doing?

We would like to know why you have switched from cigarettes to e-cigarettes? Getting to know other peoples inspirational stories reminds us what we are fighting for!

My FDA submittal quoted from http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...down-august-8th-your-fda-comments-needed.html

My comment submitted yesterday:

I started smoking as a teen in the 70's.

It started off as a fun rebellion but became a habit, then an intolerable nuisance, than an impossible to quit addiction.
I regularly smoked at least 25-30 cigarettes/day I tried to quit using hypnosis twice, the patch and/or nicotine gum countless times and cold turkey enough times to know that wouldn't work for me. All were unsuccessful for more than a few hours (usually) to a few days (at most). The few times that I managed to last more than a few hours I was cranky and miserable. I had a heart attack 2.5 years ago and only managed 17 days smoke-free just on fear alone. Fear for my life wasn't even enough to make me stay quit. I tried a few smokes and didn't drop dead so I got back up to 25-30/day within a week.

Last year I saw someone vaping and asked him about his e-cigarette. He told me he'd been smoke-free for 3 months using it. I tried an Njoy from the gas station and thought it was ok but it only lasted a few hours and I knew there would be something better available. I Googled and found a mall kiosk a few miles away. I tried and bought a rechargeable kit with assorted flavors and cut down to a few cigs per day immediately. I read continuously about vaping at ECF and other online forums and found a local vape shop offering more advanced systems and a countless variety of flavors. I visited and asked him to load a tank of his most popular flavor for me to try. I puffed an atomic fireball. I exclaimed "expletive deleted! That's an atomic fireball!" I bought all of his Fireball juice, a variety of fruit & candy flavors and a decent, variable voltage rechargeable ego battery kit. That was 3/28/2013. That was the day I completely switched from smoking to vaping. I haven't had a puff of smoke in over 16 months directly due to vaping candy, desert and fruit/berry flavored nicotine. I get the hand/mouth activity with the nicotine hit without the deadly smoke and associated mess.

I started at 24mg/ml for a few weeks, dropped to 18mg because I like the activity so I vape a lot and maintained that level for about a year. I lowered again to 12mg a few months ago so I can taste my flavors better. My latest blood work is better than my cardiologist's (he's 10 years younger and he jogs). I hike farther with less rest stops than before. When I smoked I couldn't take a deep breath without coughing. I can feel how much healthier I am and my blood work and stress test convinced my cardiologist. He's not a vaper but totally supports my switch.

I switch between about 3-5 flavors in different setups during the day. I have about 30 different flavors in my stock. I don't even keep menthol or tobacco in stock. I don't like those flavors. When I first quit smoking I thought I wanted tobacco flavored vapor but as I tried other flavors I realized I didn't even like tobacco. I was just used to it. The farther I am from smoking the better off I am.

I have helped other smokers to switch. My wife hasn't smoked in over a year. She still vapes a single sweet tobacco flavor that she likes out of about 5 that she tried. None of the 10+ other people I helped to switch even use tobacco flavors or straight menthol flavors. They enjoy mostly desserts, candy, custards and fruit/berries. I'd say the variety of available flavors is one of the top 3 reasons vaping has been successful for us. I can't imagine such a great reduced harm alternative disappearing from the marketplace. It's been a Godsend to my friends and I. We'll continue to vape no matter what but it would be tragic if current smokers don't get the same chance to quit that we had.

Thanks for reading

Hi James,
I switched because my husband had to have reconstructive surgery on his residual limb to make his prosthetic fit properly and the army surgeon wouldn't do it unless hubby quit. We switched together and I much prefer vaping. Sadly, he's gone back to the cancer sticks.

Glad to know that e-cigs have been helpful for you! What nic strength was your husband smoking? Stopping cold turkey can be pretty hard, but having a higher nic value can help that! If your husband has any questions about vaping, or if there is anything we can do to help him feel more comfortable about vaping, let us know how we can help :)

I switched also in preparation for surgery, and silly me, I forgot to go back! Seriously, I'm so thrilled that I no longer smoke cigarettes. My grandfather died of lung cancer and my mother has emphysema. So very happy I was able to break that chain!

Happy to hear it! I know I've felt much healthier since i've quit :)

James, I'd also like to say that your juice was a very big factor in making my quit tolerable. The friend who showed me what vaping was all about also suggested I try MBV, and once I realized I loved fruit more than tobacco flavors I was up and running! These days, I don't always get all my juice from you, but I couldn't live without my Extreme Ice, and I consider you a very trusted source of name-brand products (as evidenced by the Nautilus on its way to me).

He was using mostly 12.. some 18 and lasted almost a year before going back. We both stopped in October of 2012 - and it was September of 13 when he went back.. said he misses the taste of real tobacco.. thankfully he mostly uses American Spirit instead of the standard Reynolds garbage.. still, when we are in the car together.. he makes me smell bad now.

This makes me really happy to hear. We try really hard to provide as many options we can to help people quit smoking, and I'm glad that MBV helped you take steps towards a healthier lifestyle :) Vaping is a very fun hobby and you should try as many vendors as possible! It would be a shame to stick to only one company when there are so many great vendors out there.

At least he chose American Spirits! But that's a bummer, did he ever try dripping? I know that for me, the tanks weren't doing it for me, but once i started dripping and playing with RDA's, I enjoyed vaping more than i enjoyed smoking cigarettes and that helps me stay off of them!

I don't think I ever had him dripping.. too much fussing with stuff would have had him back on the cigs way sooner. AND he looses stuff.. e cigs.. juice.. cell phones.. hats... his pocket knife (the world comes to a halt when that last one happens)
he did best with a cigar-a-like, auto but never did get used to the flavors - I must have tried 25 different tobacco flavors on him and he refused to vape other than tobacco. Unlike me with a huge selection of MVB juices.. never stop the max VG juice. I haven't had to order juice in months and still have a back stock to last probably the rest of the year. Just revisited candy cane by itself instead of mixing it with other flavors YUM.. forgot how good it is on it's own

I hate to lose things, i get that way when i lose my phone or sunglasses, thankfully i havent lost my vape yet, so i havent had that stress yet :p Dripping is a bit of a fuss, but definitely not as complicated as it seems! I didnt enjoy tanks as much as I enjoy RDA's, clouds are fun and the flavor is so much better! I'm glad you enjoy our juice that much though, that makes me happy. Candy cane is quite delicious! Very good choice. Have you tried any of our new flavors yet?

SNIP. Have you tried any of our new flavors yet?

Not in a while.. I've tried fruity flavors here and there.. they SOUND so good but my brain just doesn't *get it. German Chocolate Beefcake is on the future yummy list though. I am still working on I wanna say probably 12 of the 50 ml bottles along with the 30's and 15's that I have in abundance.. and my precious 236 of whipped cream from ages ago - not even a quarter of the way full but I do like that bottle ;)
My MO for shopping is restock my must haves - sticky buns, caramel coffee, cinnamon roll, candy cane, butterscotch etc.. get something new and then check the back coupla pages of juice sorted by most popular to grab things that might go bye bye - which is why I have a LOT of back stock juice. I see coffee is back there.. back pages. I always preferred cafe coffee to just coffee.. just can't account for other peoples tongues

EGAD! I left the window open on your site just now while looking at the back pages and it just chimed at me.. when did you get sound?????? Maybe I never left a window idle before but wow.. I wondered how my messenger was making noises at me when it's not turned on *thud*

Mini! I wanted the new coil. It's here, and I'm trying to decide which juice gets the honor of being its first!
Ha ha, that's how I felt when I got my 1st Nautilus (big one)! I ended up filling it with MBV Extreme Ice. I then got a 2nd Nautilus...and it's filled with MBV Absinthe. We'll see what happens when I get my mini in the mail in a few days!
