I was given 2 RMA numbers to return products that were ordered incorrectly. I followed every step as required, was given RMA numbers for the return, and shipped out the items. USPS says the items were delivered on Oct 17! I have not received a credit. I sent 2 emails to the support address asking for status. No response! I have called the Returns line several times and either "There is no one available to answer your call" or get put on hold for 15min with loud music before I hang up!

I have purchased items from you without problem. This should be a $23 credit. Do you really want to lose a customer for $23??????
