I ordered some juice from them, It got lost in the mail. They say they sent the order to their phoenix post office. My postmaster said they have 780 packages under one tracking number, the majority of the packages were shipped and accepted. Mt Baker tells me I have to file a claim with the USPS. That's really funny, I didn't order e-juice from the USPS. So now the burden is on me to file a claim and get my money back! I have ordered multiple orders from Mt. baker and this is how they treat a return customer, beware when you apply your free shipping to your order. So in a sense Mt. baker gets payed twice for 1 order? has anyone had any experience in dealing with this? It's not the fact of the money, I order from them, it gets lost, or maybe they never shipped it, who knows the real story? With the amount of competition out there, you would think customer service would come first without a question!​
