I'm the same. Luckily there hawk sauce is good right out the bottle and just gets better over time.
Noob here so bear with me :
Is it better to prepare your base without nic and add nic mix after the steeping period ?
I hear NLV is like that, so I'm I'm having hard time trying to be patient until tomorrows mail comes.
The apple and apple rings from them, right out of the bottle with no steeping, are really good if you like fruit. The same goes for the Mudslide, Cinnamon Roll, and actually a few others I've tried from them.
That said, if you let them steep, you do see a difference not only in appearance, but in taste. My Apple has gotten decidedly green in color where before it was pretty clear, Mango has gotten sort of pink, and the sample of The Rob I was sent is sort of a yellow-green. Cinnamon Roll, that's gone from an orange/light amber to deep amber and it tastes much more like vanilla than cinnamon. Sugar Cookie also has changed dramatically. It is now this really dark brown where before it was almost the same color as Cinnamon Roll, sort of an amber color originally, however I'm not as partial to Sugar Cookie after steeping. It just seems "sugar" more than "cookie".
