OK, I've viewed your site. Here are my suggestions:
Your just starting out. Thats good. Do a video segment of "vaping, how we grow". Start with your company, get new products up and in the viewers eye. Then go on to beginners e-cigs. compare them visually. Prepare a carto in front of the camera. Have the different e-cigs lined up where the camera can pan over them. Include the 4081, 808 d1, 808d2 AKA E9, basic 510, Joye 510, eGo, Riva. Put the SAME carto on each one, and show the difference on how they vape. Describe taste/warmth. Show vapor. your gonna need adaptors for some. Let viewers see how to put them on. Now go on to enlist viewer feedback- what do they want to try? They just saw you first hand. Give them an e-mail. Then get the leading requested product in, and feature a local viewer using it on your NEXT show.
A business is in business to make business. Now, do it. Show products. Show what they are for and how to use it. If you want to carry adaptors, show how to use them. Have viewers send in their own clips of how they received an item and were able to use it without a problem. Let people see that e-cigs are easy.
Mods: some vendors wont go here. Here is an idea that NO vendor does. Get a few mods from different places. Buy them new. Make a video showing the unpacking of the mod, filling atty or catro, and using the mod. Then get viewers to respond on the mod. Make it available for purchase at cost. I suspect this idea will be your biggest hit. You're in an area where you can potentially ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and even further west rather quickly. People dont like to wait for mods to be made. You could prolly sell them for more than the maker, if they were new and ready. People pay for instant gratification. Now show all the mods and reviews in a video. Maybe do 5 at a time? Oh, and make sure to include variety. Tube, 3.7v, 5V, VV, box mods etc. Want to help yourself and have video feed ready for times when you didnt make a video? Ask a vendor to make a video of the mod being made. Kinda like the TV program "How it's Made"...
For the advanced vapor, if its not something your familiar with, get someone who is to make the video. Explain oAms and mAh's and volts for dummies.
You may want to start with a category sorter now, as you are going to want an archive where folks can find the video on 510's, 808s, mods, how to's etc.
Damn. This is getting long. I'll come back again later...

You guys are making this harder then it really is. It will be one entry per person regardless of the idea quality. Everyone has submitted great ideas and I like them all. Making the choices for the winners of the contest is not going to be an easy task. I still have not decided how I am going to pick the winner all these ideas are so great. Keep the ideas coming. Just a few more days left. I may even have a huge surprise at the end of the contest.

um, I didn't think it was complicated at all- you wanted ideas. One idea would be an entry, more is just because we want to help and would like to see them implimented. Sorry if I have offended. Just trying to help.

I am not offended. An idea is an idea. Every idea is so great and I wish I had the time and resources to do them all. Now when I start doing videos I know what the community wants to know and I will get that information to them. I have a better understanding of what the new people to electronic cigarettes want to know. I am happy with every idea submitted. I really do not think it will be possible to judge one idea from another idea because they are all great and they are all valid.

I hope my post did not sound aggressive because I do not want to come off that way. In fact I do not get angry. Ask my kids! I am level headed and happy all of the time :). This contest has been a great learning experience for me. I am really looking forward to getting to know each and everyone of you. Of course I am hoping to win you over as customers at the same time :).

That being said this contest is coming down to the end and I would love to keep seeing ideas. I am still trying to figure out how to decide the winners. There are so many ideas I think should win first prize but being a small retailer that trys to get product out as cheaply as I can can not afford to give kits to everyone. I will only be able to give away one. At least I have a lot of prizes to give out and a surprise for everyone.

I just hope you have all enjoyed me enough to stop by my online store front and check it out. If you have any comments on my store I would be happy to hear those too. I think I have fair prices and I ship out my products as fast as possible. I know how much it sucks to have to wait for a order to come in and I have had bad experiences with some vendors. I do not want any customer of mine to have a bad experience and I want everyone to feel like they got there moneys worth.

Sorry for rambling. Carry on with the contest and keep the ideas flowing. I will post a 24 hour warning when it is time :)

Another thing you might do, see if any college kids (media majors) want to do any of these videos. They can use them for resume experience. Some of the interview videos might be best this way. They can wear your new t-shirts (with your cool looking avatar on them). You are making t-shirts...aren't you?

I had a plan in the future to make t shirts. Do you guys like my logo enough you would be willing to buy t shirts from me? :)

T-shirts are great if the price is right. If you try to sell them for $18, you will not sell them. A collared t-shirt for <$10 would be nice. Don't know if you can do it that cheap. T-shirts are also great ways to advertise and great for give-a-ways (vape meets or online).

I like your logo, but my last name is Baker, so I'm prejudice. The smoke kinda looks like Homer Simpson. I don't know if silkscreen or iron on or what would be best. Would be worth looking into. Maybe finding a place (printer) that will make iron ons, then doing your own shirts, or selling the iron ons (or giving them away). Just a small 2" or 3" logo for left side (where the cigarette pocket would be).

That is the second time in this thread someone has told me to put our logo on Tshirts. I have looked into it and will need to see what the costs are. Right now my priority is to make the build your own ejuice come to life with options for vg / pg %s 100%vg 100% pg and any mix in between. Then I would like people to be able choose there nicotine strength from 36mg/ml down to 0. Allow for people to mix up to 5 of our flavors together to make there own creations for order. I think that sounds like a great plan! :)

You could just put everyone's name into a 'hat' and pick one that way...

(cute RNG program that actually looks like a piece of paper being drawn out of a top-hat)

Yes I use this for another site that runs contests all the time... Well not that software but always just used a random number generator and assigned everyone a number. I even normally record the software working for people to see :). I have even made people watch the video to find out if they won. I wont be that mean to you guys lol.
