Was this always a Chinese operation, or was it bought out recently? Live online chat with a person who speaks passable English. Also the font on the website looks amazingly like it's from China. I have ordered from them before and had great service. The juice was a bit muted, though for the price a hell of a bargain. Does anyone have any ideas.

Haven't had any issues with them here. They are my go-to vendor for almost all of my eliquid needs. I've been on their live support chat as recently as a week ago. Placed an order Saturday morning this week, and it made it from Bellingham, WA to NC and made it to my greedy little hands today.

On a side note: I seriously want to know how they move first class mail that fast. It takes longer for packages to get to me in NC that are shipped from Texas, Maryland, New York, or Mass. The only vendor I use that gets stuff to me as fast, is in the same state that I am in! In order for the last package to reach me when it did, it had to travel an average of 70 mph from the time they shipped it. It traveled 2950+ miles from Saturday 4/6/13 @ 3:08 pm (order placed at 11 am EST on 4/6/13) to Monday 4/8/13 @ 9:33 am.

I understand what you are talking about...I had the same experience the other day. I think the person I talked to was named Kohl Jhong? I could tell that english was def his second language but he managed to help me with what I needed. I have noticed in my last order that the juices are darker then normal. I asked them and they said sometimes the different nic bases can cause that. I dunno..

just keep in mind that the juice will need to steep, since they make them fresh when you order. i was too greedy when i got my first MBV order and the taste was pretty chemical. but after i let them steep for a while, the flavor came out very nice.FWIW, i did a combination of boil/time methods of steeping the juice. after the boil, i would shake for a minute, remove the dropper and lid, and let it sit until it reached room temp. i kept doing that on 1 bottle until the taste seemed right to me. the other bottle, i did the time method.the darker ones took considerably longer. the coconut seemed to be about a month, but again, that was just based on my interpretation of the flavor i was getting. BTW, the coconut with extra shot is intense.
