What racehorse said about Vape Wizard, though I find it mutes the flavors a bit (enough to notice) so I pulled it from the recipes I had it in. I no longer use it.

I also don't use AP anymore either. It makes my eliquid taste like Fritos corn chips at ANY %! YMMV though so don't take my word for it.

Smooth and vape wizard are tobacco blenders to make harsher tobaccos blend with milder tobaccos. I myself never use them I just adjust percentages of tobaccos I use and make sure I use tobacco flavorings that go nicely together and don't clash. I find these additives tent to mute and make the flavor more them blend them. As far as AP it's used to add nuttyness to a mix. Usually used at 1 - 2%. Any higher it gives a burnt corn chip taste.
