Multifunction micro display for diy mods?

Hey guys. I'm looking into building a diy mod since my itaste recently came up missing. Ive got some of the sources nailed down for things I want to purchase, but I would like to add the multiple functions of a display to my mod. Being able to check resistance of a new coil and the current actual voltage being the main concerns. If anyone has used one that they did not have to steal from an oem mod, I would love to hear about it. Thanks!

I like the features on that, but I guess I need to look into designing my own board. I want more capabilities for wattage. I don't suppose there is something similar with 50 watt capability?
