Thanks Kimmy,

I'd appreciate the heads up on any success. As far as anxiety goes I've really never tried and herbal remedies. To be honest I don't get anxious very often. I've noticed the older I get the more anxious I become (there are some personal reasons of course so I'm not saying age and anxiety go hand in hand) if I think about certain things for too long.

Onto another but related topic, Eucalyptus tea is excellent for chest congestion and colds. I've had some success using H202 (diluted to 3%) as a preventative for ear infections and other anti-bacterial applications. Oil of Oregano is another useful natural remedy. Prevention is key...You know what they say: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Thanks.

Hi Kimmy,
If you are having anxiety attacks, tight chest, headache, body aches, one or none of them, talk to your doctor. Anxiety is caused by a lack of serotonin in the brain.
It is a chemical that the body produces and uses during times of stress. Some people simply cant produce enough to keep up with the bodies needs. This leads to a host of
physical problems , depression, and anxiety attacks.

I am one of those people. My body doesnt produce enough of it. As we age the body produces less of it too,

If your stress lessons you may be fine again. But if you feel that you are not stressed and still having problems you may need a bit of medical help.

Anxiety causes the strangest things in the body, dont ignore it or think that you can talk yourself out of it , or that you can control it, You really cant if it is bad,

You cant control the amount of chemical your body produces or needs by yourself.

Stress reduction can help, exercise, meditation, anything to reduce the stress. It wont eliminate the problem if you have a serious shortage of serotonin. Your doctor can help with this though.

This is how my doctor explained it to me. Seems he was right because I am just peachy fine now:)
