Anyone else noticing this? Have to tighten them up constantly, it's so annoying it makes me not want to use it at all which is a shame cuz it's a nice looking little piece and when it's working it's impressive.. Any ideas on how to fix this or where to get better screws?

Mine don't back out but I use a larger screwdriver than the one that's supplied with it. I can get more torque into the screws with the larger screwdriver.
This helps a lot but I have experienced watching people break heads off the screws applying to much torque
Yea. You have to be careful and not apply too much torque. I use the same screw drivers everyone else uses to wrap coils so they aren't that big but they do help get some extra torque into the screws.
never had a real issue with the screws backing out on me. i use a larger screwdriver as well.. never seen anyone snap the head off of screws. but you have to be careful making them too tight because i have snapped the legs of my coil doing that.
Definitely need a decent screwdriver, the one included doesn't cut it. Like everyone else said, just make sure not to go too tight, don't want to strip anything.
Everybody hated on the triangle screws on the V2, sure the tool they gave you kinda sucked and if you lost it you were screwed (no pun intended) but once you tightened those suckers down they weren't going anywhere.

That's actually what I have in my Mutation V3 right now. If you're having a problem with 26 though, you're likely going to have it with a lower gauge.
I had problems with a different atty and changed the Phillips head screws to grub screws. Works way better and doesn't loosen up over time.
Yeah I had to use a bigger screwdriver and tighten them really hard, felt a little creepy like I was gonna break something but they don't budge now, anything less and they would back out if you breathed on them. I'll try to remember to pick up some grub screws.
