RDA Mutation X: what is real, what is clone?

I bought a nice Mutation X clone last week. I really liked it, and want to get an authentic. However, everything listed as "authentic" is in the $25-30 range. Is this right? I find no "authentic" for $100+, which seems to be the norm for authentics of cloned RDAs.

Is the authentic online actually cheaper than a clone at my B&M? I gave $30 for my v2 clone, which lacks the wide tip. It's just a 510. The supposed "authentic" elsewhere has an odd sized very wide tip. This is supposed to be one of the v2 differences.

I have read that these are designed in the USA, and ALL of them are dirt cheap and made in China. Confirmation? Or set me straight. This seems too good to be true.

The authentic sells for $25-$30 online. buy from a reputable source. The clones sell for $15 or so dollars online. The atty is designed in the US I believe but was manufactured in China.
