No, AFAIK the charging cable is fully integrated. Though, looks like they've only gone with mini USB connector and dropped the apple version.
That's because the iPhone 4 is pretty obsolete now and the licensing of Apple's Lightning Jack would drastically raise the cost of the device just to charge an iPhone. Thankfully I kicked Apple to the curb.

I really hope that charging cord at the bottom is an option... That's a huge turnoff for me.
It looks like you could probably unplug it. Although the bottom would now have an empty slot where the charger goes.

I actually don't mind it since its very discrete. I've never really been able to take advantage of the 2.0 charging feature because it requires you to carry the charging cable around.

Right however the MVP is a better device then the iStick. And I would certainly take my MVP to work with me before my iPV which would get damaged a lot easier.

Aside from battery life, I find nothing about the MVP that's better than the iStick. In fact, it seems every change Innokin has made on the MVP device mirrors what the iStick already had (more powerful, side-firing button, removable ego dongle). Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery is it not?

And you act as though the IPV Mini is some fragile device (...damaged a lot easier.)...I gotta say, mine feels every bit the brick my MVP is.

Don't get me wrong. I love my iPV 2S. I just wouldn't take it to work with me considering the MVP is a heavier aluminum less prone to denting. And the only iPV device capable of step down is the iPV 3. Although I'm not sure if the 2S can step down after the 70w update. I don't have a PC capable of doing the update. What I do know is the iPV Mini cannot step down.

And an issue people are reporting with the iStick is, it's MEAN and not RMS like the MVP. They claim they are getting burnt hits on some of their clearos even on the lowest settings. This device can't step down either. And the iStick is not the first PV to use a side fire button. Who can we say they imitated?

I wonder if Innokin may had done itself a disservice releasing the 20w right before it pushed out the 3.0.
Not really since there are a lot of people who don't use Sub-Ohms and wouldn't ever benefit from the 30w to begin with. Not everybody needs the the latest & greatest and I think its better to have three devices at three prices.

P4U released the iPV Mini and 2S right before the 3 and as a result, I'm a 2S owner
