Sorry you're having this problem. It could be the tanks you are using, or could be the device. I have the MVP and all my Evod clearomizers work fine on it. I also have several bargain discount clearomizers and they work well, too. I hope someone will post who had a similar issue with some suggestions for you. What kind of tanks are you using?

Hmm. Sounds to me like the connection between the floating pin and the battery may have become disconnected - which I've never really heard of with the MVP. I take it you've tried to fire up one of the tanks (even though it registered 'non') and it didn't work? I mean, if it did work - that'd be a totally different issue. To be honest, the only thing I can think of is that the floating pin needs pulled up a tad more, or it's already been pulled up too far. I would start looking for that warranty if I were you...

P.S. If you haven't tried to fire up a coil and plan to - make sure it's a factory-made coil or if it's a custom-made coil, make sure to test that resistance on another device before trying. Also, this is a long shot but...have you tried locking and unlocking the device? (Press the power button 3 times to lock, and again to unlock)

Hopefully somebody knows something I don't and can help more

While I know that this will not help you I have to say as much support as I have been giving the MVP I have to say mine seems to be taking the back burner more and more with me. I have to carry a mini screwdriver with me to reset the pin because half of my devices need it to connect. I have over 10 mods of all kinds and no other needs this kind of attention. I love when it works and it was my go to device for my recent cruise...but I always had that little screwdriver handy.

As Edd China would say, it's fiddly. If not my Provari my out and about device is my SID, which has never given me an ounce of issue.
