I agree with this feeling like a bait and switch. I saw the 28th and figured that was when they were going to be shipped. Honestly I would have ordered from someone else and paid the extra 20 bucks to have it in hand sooner. I don't even know what color I'm getting because all it said was carbon fibre so I am assuming that's the black textured one.

Bottom line here is that transparency is healthy here. If they get complaints when they tell people their pre-order will be about three weeks out, they can point to the price tag and assure their customers they are getting a great deal on a factory direct item. I have no issue with the wait personally, but so far I don't like the execution. Basically any vaping distributor could have done the exact same thing, but they didn't because of the known delivery delays from innokin and other uncertainties.

I also worry innokin might not be too pleased with this pre-sale given their stance on the itaste mvp 1.0 where they would not budge on the bottom end MSRP. C2C is circumventing any price floor right out of the gate on a wanted item, which Innokin might not appreciate (another reason vendors might not have copied C2C's tactic).

I already got my wrap for the new MVP.

Seriously considering the MVP...can't wait to hear how you like your v.2 when they arrive. We travel in an RV and I can't always recharge my devices every day, so thinking this would be a great choice. What kind of battery life is everyone getting on the MVP?

Or you can get a dongle / adapter for your rig's lighter socket, and run it in pass thru.

Ain't that the truth there chief. I'm not much of a clearo/glasso guy anymore, but the iClear is the clearo to have for seriously good flavor... from a clearo that is.

If Innokin did a pyrex iClear... everyone else, except those making dead on iClear clones, would be toast.

Hmmm... I may have to try it out. I'm pretty happy with my protank 2 with a cotton wick its quite enjoyable.

The iClear that came with my MVP v2 is pretty decent. No dry hits as of yet, I am making sure to tilt and swirl all the time. Using 100% VG as well.

Saw both reviews. No mention if the Output switch on the bottom is flush; kind of looked like it from Todd's review. I would also like to know if a 510/510 adaptor would take care of the center pin issue on some atty devices. I'm definitely considering one of these.

Close, but no dice. Still sticks out VERY slightly, on my v2 at least. An adapter does work, but if I screw my EVOD on directly, it doesn't make contact.

Got mine today! Awesome little device! All the perks of the original with ohm checker and variable wattage. Does have ego and 510 connections. My favorite improvements are the new thread cover and non flush button.
