Hiya,

I have the itaste V3 and love it apart from the daily charge, so I ordered the mvp v2 which arrived today.

I've just taken it off charge (green light went out) and It wont fire anything :-( It's set at 6.5watts and I'm using stock coils.

I have 5 evods
1 T3S
1 vapeonly ET S
1 pro tank 2 w/airflow controller
(And the iclear 30 that came with, still unwrapped)

It is reading the resistance of each coil, I have tried raising the centre pin (not sure if I have done this correctly though). All are firing on my V3 and evod 650mah batteries.

The only other thing I have noticed is once the fire button has been pressed/realised it takes a sec for the green light to go off

please help, I really don't want to send it back.

Green, no blinking or anything but stays on after release :-(

It is my understanding that with Innokin devices, the light remaining on solid after fire button release indicates a short circuit.

The fire button indicator fades on when button is pressed, and fades out when released under normal operation.

Try firing it with no atomizer to see how the light behaves.

Hope that this helps you figure it out, and not have to send it back.

I am so sorry this happened to you. There is nothing worse than getting something you are excited about and have been waiting for, and then it doesn't work right.:(

I hope the vendor will replace it for you. It really is a great little device, and I know you will love it when you get a good one that works right. Good luck!

In the booklet it says the light will show red for 5 seconds if there is a short or above 3.5A and will not fire, I can't find anything about a solid green light.

I have replaced 3 of my evod coils, it is still not firing but it will read the resistance.

The green light on my itaste v3 stays on after it has fired but quickly fades out, the mpv is staying on solid for longer (I don't want to mess around with it but it was probably 3-5seconds).

Looks like a defective device

The battery voltage is reading 4.2

When the button is (quickly) pressed with no tank attached it goes straight off. I don't feel comfortable holding the button down longer with nothing attached esp if there is a problem with it.

Not tried using it as a passthrough, I don't want to keep messing around with it either.
