I ordered a SS Vamo V2 last month and it worked great until a a few days ago, I am having problems with a Lo V warning with good batteries and atomizer. I emailed MVS on Thursday night around 9 pm and received a reply within an hour even with the late time. I sent requested info and had an RMA number by yesterday afternoon. I just want to say awesome customer service!
