Recently bought a Vamo From MVS. Had some problems with it and emailed customer service. Within an hour I got a reply instructing me to ship it back to them. Heres the kicker, Attached to the email was a pre-paid return postage label!!! Awesome!!! Ordered from them before and will continue to order for all my vaping needs. Well Done MVS!!!:toast:

**No, this isn't a complaint, merely my experiences with them***

I've placed a few orders with them, 2 of them absolutely no issues what-so-ever.... another an adapter was left behind... contacted them via email, and got it resolved fast. I was impressed.

Now, today, I just got in my Vamo "kit" (batteries, Vamo, and supposed to include a charger too, which I paid for...) sadly, the charger wasn't in the package... I'm not sure if there is a second package coming, or if it was simply "left behind" again.... sent out another email, hopefully it will get fixed sooner rather than later :)

So far MVS has been awesome, and one of my go-to places for bussiness, the other being through SI. Both have awesome CS. I'll post back with the results.
