Congratz, i am 4 days off analogs, although i did light up an analog and take a drag, but it nearly made me sick so i just tossed it and vaped on the ecig some more "menthol". Analog tasted like what i'd imagine a sweaty sock might taste like lol.

Welcome and congrats on finishing off those analogs. There is alot to learn here and many to help along the way, if you run into problems/questions. Read alot and watch videos is my thoughts to you. I am a 30 day noobie and looking forward to better health from getting off those analogs.

Welcome! I to am new and in my first 24hr period! Its been a little on the shaky side, but I am trudging thru my issues! Been analog free since about 5p last night! Still sucking on my ecig like its an everlasting gobbstopper- but thats ok- better than than stuffing a tube and lighting the end of a cig!
Haven't had an analog since 5:00pm or so, last monday. Have had a few urges... but nothing a few puffs on my eGo couldn't handle.
Well I made it through day 2 with no analogs (yay) BUT had a killer headache by this evening LOL I think I may have overdone it? Or are the cartos that came with the starter kit too high in mg? They are 18's. Should I look for lower mg?
Now, I am also new here, and in no way profess to be an expert, but i have been doing a fair bit of research. If I'm not mistaken, vaping can dehydrate you. Your headache may be a result of dehydration.
Really? I haven't come across that one yet. Guess I'll start drinking some gatorade and see if it helps =)
I found 18mg to be a good starting point tried 24mg but it was too much for me. I really increased my water intake and have felt better since doing so. You can find cartomizers for your model from many vendors. I like vapor4life but have seen several others mentioned on this forum. Keep it up - it gets easier every day.
I hope to join you in being analog free soon. Since getting my ecig kit a few days ago I've gone from 2 packs/day to just one pack/day. If this trend continues I'll be analog free in about a week or so.
@ moto, mlinky and Iowa I increased my fluids and my nicotine and the headaches been gone, not sure which was the culprit but either way I feel better woohoo! Thanks for the advice.
@res I was at about a pack and just switched completely to vaping, I haven't really had any cravings or issues aside from a headache. From what Ive read here just do what feels right to you and you'll be analog free in no time. Good luck!

Congrats! It feels weird (but amazing), doesn't it?! 
For the first week or so, you'll still feel weirded out by the fact that you don't crave analogs, but it's a great feeling!
