It's simple, treat E-cig stuff like you would treat your own personal prescription medications. And even if they have a child safety cap, still put them somewhere that they can't be reached. I'm sorry that this happened to you and I am sure that you will be more careful in the future.

I'm sure the FDA already thought of something like this, so I doubt that they will jump all over this when they see it. And like I mentioned, this could happen with anything from meds to guns.

Oh my god, I totally say all of the time that I would duct tape children to the wall/ceiling! That totally took my thoughts right now of my head right there! I do not have children or have any access to tending to children, just in case anyone freaks out. ;)

As for the original topic again, I'm so paranoid that after I am filling my PV and get a little liquid on my fingers, I don't even want to touch/pet my precious cat, since I am afraid that it would hurt him. I know that such a trace amount wouldn't but I love him so much that I don't want to take any chance of him getting harmed.

Cool, at least now I know I'm not the only one that babysits that way :)

Back on topic, when the youngin's were little anything that might cause them harm I kept locked up in small tool boxes. You may want to look at some that you can pad lock and their usually cheaper than a lockable cash box.

The little bit of inconvenience is well worth the youngin's safty. ;)
