This just started today. My provari discharge vapor smoke whenever I used the main button to change settings. Is that normal? Also the main button led won't lit up even though the display works. It's not a huge problem but I won't be able to know if my battery is low. I'm using Zatty Pro.

Did you happen to turn off the led? Both of mine fire when going through the menus so I would see that is normal.
They fire when going through the menu? Didn't know that. That would irritate me. Man, that should be called an malfunction. Just saying.
I think this seems to be the only problem with a one button menu / fire button aside from one button for all things
For the Provari it is normal that it fires when going through menu items. If you are changing heads you should be mindful of this and always be sure to lower the settings before starting up a new head. Otherwise you risk firing a head and the voltage could be way too high and pop the coil.
That's how they work, you push the button, and it fires, on the first few presses at least. Once in the menu it doesn't...
I'm glad you mentioned this. There's always that chance somebody doesn't notice, including myself. That has the potential to become very frustrating if you don't know about it
