OK, i know this looks rough cuz im in the process of completing it but here is my daily carry case that holds 2 assembled 510's, 1 assembled 401,402 and 403(i dont have the attys and carts attached to the 402 and 403) on one side and the other side holds...well you can see i have spare atty's carts and liquid bottles (3ml). its a Plano mini fishing tackle box that i got a some outdoor store i cant remember. i took my dremel tool to the top half which is thinner than the other side and routed spaces for the assembled PV's then i lined them with 2mm foam from michaels. when i finish it i will line the spareparts side with the foam so they aint rattling around and i am going to cover the spareparts lid with a layer of foam so as to pillow the PV's from the other side when closed. the case itself cost around 5 bucks, ive had a dremel for years and the foam was about a buck. routing out the spaces was quick, the part that is taking me a while is cutting the foam and form glueing it to the small spaces. i didnt have a small enough sander bit to clean the cutouts for the PV's but oh well.

i put the link to my flickr site so i hope it works. and stay tuned cuz i am going to add what i carry everything else in as well.
