Give it mouth to mouth resuscitation...quick!
But on a serious note...I was viewing some web-sites last week about reviving wet electronics (particularly cell phones). The biggest take away is that wet electronics can indeed be saved. The best you can do is to take apart the
device to the best extend possible (kinda tough with a e-cig battery). Use paper towels to dry off the equipment to the best extent possible. Then set item aside at an angle to air-dry (in the case of the e-cig battery, set it upright w/ battery to atty connection face down).
A very cool trick that was mentioned was to use the silica gel packs that come in most electronic packages. Place your electronics item in a zip-lock baggy with the silica gel packs. The silica will "suck" the moisture out of the wet item. If you don't have any silica gel packs, it was suggested to place ordinary rice in a tupperware container with your electronics and then seal the container. The rice will suck up moisture just like the silica gel packs. With either method, insure you have the silica/rice both below as well as on top of the item you are trying to dry out.
Hope this helps and good luck!
